بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَافَّةً وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُبِينٌ فَإِنْ زَلَلْتُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْكُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيم ٌ هَلْ يَنْظُرُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي ظُلَلٍ مِنَ الْغَمَامِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَقُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ ۚ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ الْأُمُورُ
"اے ایمان والو! اسلام میں پورے پورے داخل ہوجاؤ اور شیطان کی پیروی مت کرو بے شک وہ تمہارا کھلا دشمن ہے۔ واضح دلائل تمہارے پاس آنے کے بعد بھی اگر تم لغزش کرتے ہو تو جان لو کہ اللہ زبردست اور حکمت والا ہے۔ کیا یہ اس کے منتظر ہیں کہ اللہ اور اس کے فرشتے بادل کے سائبانوں میں ان کے پاس آئیں اور سارا قصہ ہی ختم ہو اور یہ سارے امور اللہ ہی کی طرف لوٹائے جائیں گے”
ان آیات کریمہ سے یہ واضح ہوتا ہے:
1۔ یہود میں سے بعض نومسلم اس غلط فہمی میں تھے کہ اگر وہ تورات کے بھی کچھ حصوں پر ایمان باقی رکھیں تو اس سے ان کے ایمان کو کوئی نقصان نہ ہوگا، اللہ نے ان کے لیے وضاحت نازل کی کہ ایمان میں داخل ہونے کا تقاضا ہے کہ اسلام میں جو کچھ نازل ہوا ہے اس پر پورا پورا ایمان لایا جائے، کفر کے عقائد کو ترک کیا جائے، اس میں سے کسی چیز کو باقی نہ رکھا جائے، چاہے وہ کتنی ہی چھوٹی کیوں نہ ہو، اورایساکرنا مومنوں کے کھلے دشمن شیطان کی پیروی ہوگی، اس میں اس بات پر زور دیا گیا ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ پر جو کچھ بھی نازل ہوا اس پر پورا ایمان لانا لازمی ہے اوراس کے سوا کفر ادیان کی ہرچیز کو ترک کرنا ضروری ہے۔
(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا) ” اے ایمان والو” ان لوگوں سے خطاب ہے جنہوں نے کفر کو ترک کرکے اسلام قبول کیا۔
(ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَافَّةً)”پورے پورے سِلم میں داخل ہوجاؤ” یعنی پورے اسلام میں داخل ہوجاؤ۔
لفظ (سلم)سے مراد اسلام ہے جیسا کہ ابنِ عباس رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس کی تفسیر کی اور پورے اسلام سے مقصود اس پر مکمل ایمان اورکسی اور چیز کے علاوہ اس کی شریعت پر مکمل عمل ہے۔
(کافۃ) (السلم) کے لیے حال ہے یعنی مکمل سلم اور پورا اسلام۔ کافۃ اصل میں اسم فاعل (کاف)سے ہے جو کہ لفظ کف سے ہے یعنی مانع ، منع۔ یہ کہنا کہ (ھذا الشئی کاف)کے معنی ہے اس کے اجزاء میں کوئی نقص نہیں، گویا کہ آپ نے مجازاً کہا کہ(ھذا الشئی جمیعہ او کلہ) "یہ چیز سب کی سب یا پوری” سببیت کے تعلق کے ساتھ۔ پھر(تا) کو اسم فاعل سے جوڑا گیا تا کہ اس کو فاعلیت سے اسم کی طرف لایا جائے یعنی (کف) سے(کافۃ) کی طرف، جو "سب کے سب اور پورے کے پورے” کے معنی میں۔
ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: یہ عبد اللہ بن سلام اور ان کے ساتھیوں کے بارے میں نازل ہوئی کیونکہ وہ جب نبی ﷺ پر ایمان لائے توآپﷺ کی شریعت پرتو ایمان لائے مگر موسیٰ علیہ السلام کی شریعت کی بعض چیزوں پر بھی ایمان باقی رکھا چنانچہ وہ ہفتے کے دن کی تعظیم کرتے تھے اور اسلام لانے کے بعد بھی اونٹ کے گوشت اور دودھ سے نفرت کرتے تھے، مسلمانوں نے اسے ناپسند کیا اور کہا کہ: ہم تو ان چیزوں سے طاقت حاصل کرتے ہیں،عبد اللہ بن سلام اور ان کے ساتھی نبی ﷺ سے سابقہ شریعت کی بعض چیزوں پر عمل پیرا رہنا چاہتے تھے تو اللہ نے یہ آیت اتاری۔
یعنی جو اسلام میں داخل ہو اسے پورے اسلام میں داخل ہونا چاہیے کیونکہ اس کے علاوہ کوئی شریعت باقی ہی نہیں رہی، اسلام نے اپنے علاوہ تمام شرائع کو منسوخ کردیا۔ جیسا کہ اللہ نے ارشاد فرمایا ہے: وِ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَمُهَيْمِنًا عَلَيْهِ ۖ "(یہ کتاب )اپنے سے پہلے والی کتابوں کی تصدیق کرنے والی ہے اور ان پر غالب آنے والی” ہے(مائدہ- 48) یعنی انہیں منسوخ کرنے والی ہے، اس لیے سابقہ شریعتوں کی کسی ایسی چیز کو برقرار رکھنا جسے اسلام نے برقرار نہ رکھا ہو شیطان کی پیروی ہے ، کیونکہ کہا گیا:وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُبِينٌ”اور شیطان کی پیروی مت کرو یقینا وہ تمہارا کھلا دشمن ہے”۔
2۔آیت کریمہ میں(السلم) دشمن سے مسالمت(صلح) کرنے کے معنی میں لینا درست نہیں کیونکہ(السلم) کے معنی "اسلام” بھی ہے اور”مسالمت” بھی یعنی اس کے ایک سے زیادہ معانی ہیں، لہذا یہ ایک مشترک لفظ ہے یعنی متشابہ، دونوں میں سے ایک معنی کو اختیار کرنا مقصد ہے، جسے ان آیاتِ محکمات سے متعلق قرائن کو دیکھ کر اختیار کیا جائے گا۔
اگر(السلم) کو یہاں مسالمت کے معنی میں لیا جائے تو آیت کے معنی یہ ہوں گے” دشمن کے ساتھ مکمل مسالمت کرو” اور یہ امر وجوب(فرضیت) کے لیے ہے جس کا قرینہ”شیطان کی پیروی مت کرو”ہے یوں دشمن سے مسالمت کرنا مومنوں پر فرض ہوجائے گا جبکہ یہ قتال کو فرض قرار دینے والی محکم آیات سے متناقض ہے جن میں کفار سے اس وقت تک قتال کوفرض قرار دیا گیا ہے جب تک لوگوں کے اسلام میں داخل ہونے یا جزیہ ادا کرکے اسلام کے احکام کے سامنے جھکنے سے اسلام تمام ادیان پر غالب نہ آجائے، جیسا کہ اللہ نے ارشاد فرمایا: وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ كُلُّهُ لِلَّهِ ۚ "اور ان سے قتال کرو تاکہ فتنہ باقی نہ رہے اور دین مکمل اللہ کا ہی ہوجائے”(الانفال-39) اور فرمایا: قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَلاَ بِالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَلاَ يُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَلاَ يَدِينُونَ دِينَ الْحَقِّ مِنْ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ حَتَّى يُعْطُوا الْجِزْيَةَ "ان لوگوں سے اس وقت تک قتال کرو جو اللہ اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے اور اللہ اور رسول کے حرام کیے ہوئے کو حرام نہیں سمجھتے اور دین حق کو دین کے طور پر اختیار نہیں کرتے جب تک وہ ذلیل ہوکر جزیہ ادا نہ کریں”التوبہ 29۔ اسی طرح حدیث (الجھاد ماض الی یوم القیامۃ)” جہاد قیامت تک جاری رہے گا” یہ سب کفار کو اسلام کے احکام کے سامنے جھکانے اور اللہ کے کلمے کو بلند کرنے کےلیے کفار سے قتال کے جاری رہنے پر دلیل ہے، اس سے یہ واضح ہوجاتا ہے کہ اس آیت میں(السلم) اسلام کے معنی میں ہے، دشمن سے مسالمت کے معنی میں نہیں کیونکہ اس صورت میں مذکور دشمن سے قتال کے بارے میں محکم آیات کے ساتھ تناقض ہوگا لہذا آیت میں اس کے معنی کا تعین ہوگیا کہ اس سے مراد اسلام ہے، اس کا معنی ہے اسلام میں مکمل اور پورا پورا داخل ہوجاؤ۔
3۔ رہی بات اس(السلم) جو قرآن میں(مسالمے)یعنی صلح کے معنی میں آیا ہے تو یہ دو آیتوں میں آیا ہے، ایک الانفال میں دوسرا سورہ محمدﷺ ،دونوں پر غور کرنے سے اس حالت کا علم ہوتا ہے جس حالت میں(السلم) بمعنی(مسالمہ)ہے:
ا۔ سورہ انفال کی آیت” اگر یہ صلح کے لیے جھک جائیں تو تم بھی اس کے لیے جھکو اور اللہ پر بھروسہ رکھو وہی سننے والا علم والا ہے” اس آیت سے یہ معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ اگر کفار مسالمے(صلح)کی پیشکش کریں تو ہم بھی قبول کریں اور اس حوالے سے اللہ پر بھروسہ رکھیں، اس میں اللہ پر توکل اور اعتماد کو پیش کردہ مسالمے کو قبول کرنے پر عطف کرنا اس بات کی دلیل ہے کہ مسلمان اپنی قوت کے بل بوتے پر اسے قبول کرتے ہیں اس بات کا اظہار اس سے قبل والی آیت سے ہوتا ہے، جہاں اللہ نے فرمایا ہے: الَّذِينَ عَاهَدْتَ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَهُمْ فِي كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَهُمْ لاَ يَتَّقُونَ o فَإِمَّا تَثْقَفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْحَرْبِ فَشَرِّدْ بِهِمْ مَنْ خَلْفَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ o وَإِمَّا تَخَافَنَّ مِنْ قَوْمٍ خِيَانَةً فَانْبِذْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَلَى سَوَاءٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْخَائِنِينَ oوَلاَ يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَبَقُوا إِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُعْجِزُونَ o وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ وَمِنْ رِبَاطِ الْخَيْلِ تُرْهِبُونَ بِهِ عَدُوَّ اللَّهِ وَعَدُوَّكُمْ وَآخَرِينَ مِنْ دُونِهِمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَهُمُ اللَّهُ يَعْلَمُهُمْ وَمَا تُنفِقُوا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ يُوَفَّ إِلَيْكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ لاَ تُظْلَمُونَ "جن لوگوں کے ساتھ آپ معاہدے کرتے ہیں پھر وہی ہر بار عہد شکنی کرتے ہیں اور وہ پاکباز نہیں، اگر تم جنگ میں ان پر قابو پالو تو ان کے ذریعے ان کے پیچھے والوں کو ماربھگادو شاید وہ نصیحت حاصل کریں، اگر تمہیں کسی قوم کی جانب سے خیانت کا خوف ہو تو ان کا عہدبرابری سے ان کو لوٹادے یقینا اللہ خائنوں کو پسند نہیں کرتا، کفار یہ گمان نہ کریں کہ وہ آگے نکل گئے یقینا وہ ہمیں عاجز نہیں کرسکتے، اور تیاری کرو ان کے مقابلے میں مقدور بھر قوت اور پلے ہوئے گھوڑوں سے تاکہ اس سے تم اللہ کے دشمنوں اپنے دشمنوں اور ان کے علاوہ لوگوں کو جن کو تم نہیں جانتے مگر اللہ جانتا ہے کو دہشت زدہ کرسکو، تم اللہ کی راہ میں جو بھی خرچ کرتے ہو اس کا تمہیں پورا پورا بدلہ دیا جائے گا اور تم پر ظلم نہیں کیا جائے گا” (الانفال 56 تا60)۔
یعنی کفار سے اس قدر شدید قتال کرو کہ جو بھی دشمن اس کے بارے میں سنیں ان کے دلوں میں خوف اور رعب داخل ہو کہ وہ اس قتال کے ان تک پہنچنے سے قبل ہی اس کی ہولناکی سے بھاگ کھڑے ہوں، یہ سب ظاہری اور پوشیدہ دشمنوں کے دلوں میں قوت کا رعب جمانے کے لیےہے۔
دشمن پر اس قدر کاری ضرب لگانے کے بعد اگر وہ دشمن تباہ ہونے اور گرنے کے بعد مسالمت کی پیشکش کرے تو اس کی اس پیشکش کو قبول کرو کیونکہ اس صورت میں عملا وہ سر تسلیم خم کرچکا ہوگا اور اس کی شان و شوکت ٹوٹ چکی ہوگی۔
ب۔دوسری آیت سورہ محمدﷺ میں ہے: فَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَتَدْعُوا إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنْتُمْ الأَعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَنْ يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ "خوفزدہ ہوکر مسالمے کی دعوت مت دو تم ہی غالب رہو گے اللہ تمہارے ساتھ ہے وہ تمہارے اعمال کو برباد نہیں کرے گا”(محمد۔35)
یہ دشمن سے مسالمت کرنے کی حرمت پر دلالت کرتی ہے کیونکہ مسالمت میں ذلت اور رسوائی ہے، مومن ہی سربلند ہیں کیونکہ اللہ ان کے ساتھ ہے، مسالمت نہ کرنے اوردشمن کے خلاف ثابت قدمی سے قتال کرنے پر ان کے اجر میں کوئی کمی نہیں کرے گا۔
یوں ان دونوں آیتوں میں قرآن نے دشمن کے ساتھ مسالمے کا یہ خلاصہ کیا”اگر وہ مسالمت کے لیے جھکیں”، "تم خوفزدہ ہوکر مسالمت کا مطالبہ مت کرو” ، مسالمت کا حکم یہ ہےکہ یہ اس وقت جائز ہے جب:
پہلا: اگر مسلمانوں کی قوت اور کامیابی کی وجہ سے دشمن کمزوری اور شکست کی وجہ سے مسالمے کی پیشکش کرے۔
دوسرا: اگراس میں مسلمانوں کی عزت اور ان کی کامیابی ہو، دشمن کی ذلت اور ناکامی ہو۔
رسول اللہ ﷺ نے صلح حدیبیہ میں اس اجمال کو واضح کردیا:
ا۔عمرہ کے لیے نکلنے سے قبل رسول اللہ ﷺ نےیہ جان لیا تھا کہ خیبر کے یہود رسول اللہ ﷺ کے خلاف قتال کے لیے قریش سے اتحاد قائم کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں اور قریش کو غیر جانبدار کرنا رسول اللہ ﷺ کی جیت ہوگی۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ مدینہ لوٹنے کے بعد رسول اللہ ﷺ نے جو پہلا کام کیا وہ خیبر پر حملہ اور اس کا خاتمہ تھا۔ کیونکہ صلح حدیبیہ کے معاہدے کے ذریعے آپ ﷺقریش کو خیبر کا اتحادی بننے سے باز رکھنے میں کامیاب ہوگئے تھے۔
صلح حدیبیہ کے بعد جب آپ ﷺ مدینہ واپس آرہے تھے تو یہ آیت نازل ہوئی اِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِيْنًا ۙ”بے شک ہم نے آپ کو فتح مبین عطا کردی” (سورہ فتح-1) چنانچہ پہلے صلح حدیبیہ، پھر خیبر کی فتح رسول اللہ ﷺ کے لیے فتح مبین تھا۔ اس لیے اس صلح میں مسلمانوں کے لیے عظیم عزت اور کفار کے لیے زبردست کمزوری تھی۔
ب۔عرب قبائل قریش کے خوف سے محمد ﷺ کے دین میں اور عہد میں داخل نہیں ہوسکتے تھے، اس صلح کے ذریعے رسول اللہ ﷺ عرب قبائل کے اس خوف کو زائل کردیا جس کی وجہ سے وہ اسلام لانے سے ڈرتے تھے۔
اسی لیےبنو خزاعہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے عہد میں داخل ہوئے اور بہت ساروں نے اسلام قبول کیا، قریش سے بے خوف ہوکر انفرادی طور پر بھی اور قبائل کی شکل میں بھی، یہی وجہ ہے کہ یہ صلح مسلمانوں کے لیے طاقت اور دین کی سربلندی کا سبب تھی۔
ج۔ دشمن کے ساتھ یہ صلح(مسالمت)وقتی تھی کیونکہ اسلام میں جہاد کو معطل کرنا یا کالعدم کرنا حرام ہے،بلکہ یہ بڑا جرم ہے جس پر مذکورہ نصوص دلالت کرتے ہیں جنہیں ہم نے اوپر ذکر کیاہے۔
د۔یہ صلح ان حربی کافروں کے ساتھ وقتی طور پر تھی جن کا اقتدار انہی کی زمین تک محدود تھا یہ کسی ایسی قوت کے ساتھ نہیں تھی جس نے مسلمانوں کی زمین پر قبضہ کیا ہو اس لیے یہ ان کی جانب سے غصب کرنے کو تسلیم کرنا نہیں تھا، صلح حدیبیہ قریش کے کفار کے ساتھ تھا، ان کی ریاست اس زمین پر تھی جسے اس وقت مسلمانوں نے فتح نہیں کیا تھا، بلکہ مسلمانوں کی جانب سے اسے فتح کرنے تک وہ انہی کے اقتدار کے ماتحت تھی، جبکہ کسی ایسی قوت کے ساتھ صلح جس نے مسلمانوں کی زمین پر قبضہ کیا ہوجیسا کہ فلسطین پر قبضہ کرنے والے یہود،تو ان سے صلح جائز نہیں کیونکہ یہ مسلمانوں کی سرزمین پر کفار کے اقتدار کو تسلیم کرنا ہے، یہ سورۃ الانفال اورسورۃ محمد کی آیتوں اور صلح حدیبیہ کے خلاف ہے۔
اللہ کی کتاب اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی سنت میں بیان کی گئی ان شرائط کے بغیر دشمن سے صلح(مسالمت) بالکل جائز نہیں۔قابلِ غور بات یہ ہے کہ صلح حدیبیہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی جانب سے قریش کو غیر جانب دار کرکے خیبر کے یہود کے خلاف قتال کےلیے فارغ ہونے کے لیے تھی، اس کے باوجود درباری علماء یہود کے ساتھ صلح اور اس کے ساتھ حالت جنگ کو ختم کرنے کےلیےاس صلح سے استدلال کرتے ہیں!!
یہاں یہ واضح ہوگیا کہ قرآن میں جس(السلم) بمعنی دشمن کے ساتھ مسالمت کا ذکر ہے وہ اس وقت تک حرام ہے جب تک اس میں اسلام اور مسلمانوں کا غلبہ نہ ہو، دشمن کی کمزوری اور اس کی شان وشوکت کا توڑ نہ ہو، وہ وقتی طور پر ہو وہ ایسے دشمن کے ساتھ ہو جس نے مسلمانوں کی زمین پر قبضہ نہ کیا ہو تاکہ اس میں ان کے قبضے کو تسلیم کرنا نہ ہو، یہی سورہ الانفال سورہ محمد کی آیتوں اور صلح حدیبیہ کا خلاصہ ہے۔
4۔ پھر اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے یہ بتایا کہ اگر وہ پورے پورے اسلام میں داخل نہ ہوئے اور سابقہ شریعتوں کی کسی ایسی چیز پر کاربند رہے جسے اسلام نے برقرار نہ رکھا ہو تو وہ اپنے آپ کو اللہ کےغضب اور سزا میں پھنسادیں گے، خاص طور پر جب ان کو واضح دلائل سے معلوم ہوچکا ہو کہ”صرف اسلام ہی حق ہے” جبکہ سابقہ ادیان تحریف شدہ اور تبدیل شدہ ہیں "جو اسلام کے علاوہ دین اختیار کرے گا اس کی طرف سے ہر گز قبول نہیں کیا جائے گا ” (آل عمران- 85) اسلام کے آنے کے بعد اس کے علاوہ کوئی شریعت قابل قبول نہیں۔
"اگر تم پھسل گئے” یعنی اگر پورے کے پورے اسلام میں داخل ہونے سے پہلو تہی کی، لفظ الزلل کی اصل تو گرنا ہے مگر مجازی معنی مراد لیا جائے گا۔
"جان لو اللہ غالب اور حکمت والا ہے” یعنی اللہ اپنے امر میں غالب ہے کوئی چیز اسے انتقام سے عاجز نہیں کرسکتی ہے، وہ حکیم ہے ناحق سزا نہیں دیتا، یہ اس کا منطوق(لفظی معنی)ہے جبکہ اس کا مفہوم یہ ہے کہ اگر تم نے پورے پورے اسلام میں داخل ہونے سے پہلو تہی برتی تو اللہ تمہیں شدید ترین عذاب دے گا جس کے تم مستحق ہوگے۔
5۔”کیا یہ دیکھ رہے ہیں” استفہام نفی کے معنی میں ہے یعنی یہ نہیں دیکھ رہے ہیں۔
"مگر یہ کہ آئے ان کے پاس” یعنی یہ کہ ان کو سزا دینے کا امر ربی آئے، یہ اضمار کے ذریعے مجازی اسناد کے قبیل سے ہے اوراللہ کے اس فرمان کی طرح ہے اَوْ يَاْتِىَ اَمْرُ رَبِّكَ”یا پھرتیرے رب کا حکم آئے”(النحل-33) اور فَجَآءَهَا بَاْسُنَا "ان کو آلیا ہمارے عذاب نے”(الاعراف4) جیسے عرب امیر کے ایلچی یا حکم کے پہنچنے پر کہتے ہیں”امیر پہنچ گیا” یہ مجاز بالاضمار کے قبیل سے ہے۔
اس لیے”مگر یہ کہ اللہ بادلوں کے سائبان میں ان کے پاس آئے” سے مراد ہے اللہ کا حکم بادلوں کے سائبان میں ان کے پاس آئے، کیونکہ(فی) یہاں(مع – ساتھ) کے معنی میں ہے جیسا کہ عرب کہتے ہیں(اقبل الامیر فی العسکر)”امیر لشکر میں آیا” یعنی ” لشکر کے ساتھ آیا” اور(ظلل) ظلۃ کی جمع ہے ہر سایہ کرنے والی چیز۔
لہذا معنی یہ ہوگا کہ "یہ اسلام میں پورے پورے داخل نہ ہوکر صرف اس بات کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں کہ اللہ کے عذاب کو بادل اور ملائکہ لے آئیں”اس میں میں شدید دھمکی اور بلاغت کی مضبوط صورت ہے، بادل کو عام طور پر رحمت گمان کیا جاتاہے، پس اس کا اپنے ساتھ ان کے لیے عذاب لانا ان کے لیے تیارکیے گئے عذاب کی ہولناکی کی دلیل ہے، اس میں عذاب کے فرشتوں کے ان کی طرف آنے کا بھی اضافہ کیا جانا معاملے کی سنگینی اور ہولناکی کی مقدار کو واضح کرتا ہے۔
6۔ آخری آیت میں شدید وعید اور سابقہ آیات میں وارد سخت سزا کے مستحق ہونے کی تاکید ہے، مگر یہاں سزا کو صریح الفاظ(منطوق) سے بیان کیا گیا ہے، جبکہ سابقہ آیت میں سزا مفہوم میں بیان کی گئی، پہلی آیت میں ان کو خبردار کیا گیا کہ اللہ غالب اور حکمت والا ہے جو کہ ان کے پھسلنے اور بھٹکنے کے انجام اور اللہ کی طرف سے سزا دینے کا اشارہ ہے، اگرچہ سزا کو صریح الفاظ میں ذکر نہیں کیا گیا بلکہ کہا گیا”جان لو کہ اللہ غالب اور حکمت والا ہے” جبکہ اگلی آیت میں سزا کی صریح دھمکی ہے”کیا یہ دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ اللہ اور فرشتے بادلوں کے سائبانوں میں ان کے پاس آئیں” اسلام میں جزوی داخل ہونے کا ناقابل قبول ہونا اور پورے داخل نہ ہونے والوں کی سزا کی بات اٹل ہے اس میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں ہوگی۔ وَقُضِىَ الْاَمْرُؕ وَاِلَى اللّٰهِ تُرْجَعُ الْاُمُوْرُ”اورمعاملہ فیصل ہو جائے اور ان تمام امور کا معاملہ اللہ کی طرف لوٹایا جائے گا”۔
