اس رمضان، 1441 ہجری، ایک ایسی صورتحال میں آیا ہے جب دنیا زبردست بحرانی کیفیت سے دوچار ہے۔ ایک تکلیف جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی ننی ترین مخلوق، وائرس، کی صورت میں آئی ، جس نے سرمایہ داریت اور سیکولر ازم کی جھوٹی بنیاد کو بےنقاب کردیا ۔ وہ جھوٹی بنیاد یہ ہے کہ مذہب کودنیاوی زندگی سے الگ ہونا چاہئے۔ سائنس، ٹیکنالوجی اور طب میں زبردست ترقی کے باوجود انسانیت کو ایک انتہائی ننھی سی مخلوق نے بے بس کردیا جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی عظمت اور اس تمام پر اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی بالادستی کا ثبوت ہے جسے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے تخلیق کیا ہے۔
انسانیت اس وقت مایوسی، نقصان اور افراتفری کا شکار ہے لیکن وہ جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں انہوں نے اس تکلیف میں اچھے اعمال اختیار کیے اوروہ صبر کے ساتھ اس امید پر اس وبائی بیماری کا سامنا کررہے ہیں کہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ان کےہر قسم کے نقصان کو بہت ہی اچھے طریقے سے پورا کریں گے اور اس تکلیف سے نکلنے کے لیے وہ اپنے رب سے دعائیں مانگ رہے ہیں۔بے پناہ وسائل کے باوجود بھوک کے خطرے نے دنیا کے ایک بڑے حصے کو پریشان کردیا ہے کیونکہ اس بیماری نے سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کے نفاذ کی وجہ سے چند ہاتھوں میں دولت کے بے پناہ ارتکاز کو بے نقاب کردیا ہے۔ یہ صورتحال اس وقت سے بہت مختلف ہے جب اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی وحی کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی قائم تھی جہاں دولت کی تقسیم پر اتنی توجہ دی جاتی تھی کہ اسلامی تاریخ میں ایسے ادوار بھی آئے جب غریب ڈھونڈنے سے نہیں ملتے تھے۔
طب کے شعبے میں زبردست ترقی اور بہادر پیرا میڈیکل اسٹاف کی موجودگی کے باوجود ، اس بیماری کی وجہ سے طبی سہولیات بہت کم پڑگئیں۔ اس بیماری کے پھیلاؤ نے سرمایہ داریت کے تحت شعبہ صحت کی محدود صلاحیت بلکہ سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کی جانب سے اس اہم ترین شعبہ کو نظر انداز کیے جانے کو بے نقاب کردیا جو اس بات پر شدید اصرار کرتا ہے کہ شعبہ صحت کو بھی لازمی نفع و نقصان کی بنیاد پر چلایا جائے۔ لہٰذا سرمایہ داریت لازمی قرار دیتی ہے کہ نجی شعبہ صحت اور نجی کمپنیاں جو اس شعبے کو آلات و ادویات فراہم کرتے ہیں صرف اور صرف نفع و نقصان کی بنیاد پر کام کریں۔ اس کے علاوہ سرمایہ دارانہ نظام میں سرکاری شعبۂ صحت کو کفایت شعاری اور اخراجات کم کرنے کے نام پر بری طرح سے نظر انداز کیا گیا ہے ۔ یہ صورتحال اسلام کے دَور سے بہت مختلف ہے جب ریاست مفت صحت کی سہولیات بہم پہنچاتی تھی جس کی وجہ سے طب کے شعبے نے اتنی ترقی کی کہ دنیا بھر سے لوگ طبی سہولیات کے حصول کے لیے اسلامی علاقوں کا رخ کرتے تھے۔
جس طرح حضرت موسیؑ کے عصا (چھڑی) نے فرعون کے جادوگروں کے دھوکے کو بے نقاب کردیا تھا ، اسی طرح کورونا وائرس کی بیماری نے انسانوں کے بنائے نظام، سرمایہ داریت، کے جھوٹ اور اس کو نافذ کرنے والےآج کے فرعونوں کو بے نقاب کردیا ہے۔ یقیناً اسلامی امت کے لیے یہ ایک بے مثال صورتحال اور ایک بے مثال موقع ہے کہ وہ انسانوں کے امور کی نگہبانی اور ان کی انجام دہی سے متعلق اپنے منفرد نقطۂ نظر کو دنیا کے سامنے پیش کریں۔
1441 ہجری کے اس رمضان میں مسلمانوں کو اپنی ڈھال، نبوت کے نقش قدم پر خلافت، کی بحالی کے لیے بھرپور جدوجہد کرنی چاہیے۔ ایک عام مسلمان کو اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کی وحی کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی کی بحالی کا مطالبہ کرنا چاہیے جبکہ افواج میں موجود مسلم افسران کو خلافت کے قیام کے لیے نُصرۃ فراہم کرنی چاہیے
تا کہ فوری طور پر اسلام کا عملی نفاذ شروع ہوسکے۔ آئیں سرمایہ دارایت کو ختم کریں اور خلافت کوقائم کریں۔
