یقیناً خالد بن ولیدؓ مسلم فوجی افسران کے لیے ایک نمونہ اور مثال ہیں کہ کس طرح انہوں نے عظیم دینِ اسلام اور اس کی معزز امت کا ساتھ دیا
خالد بن الولید بن المغیرہ ؓ کا اسلام میں داخل ہونا، اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے لیے ان کی غیر متزلزل حمایت، ایک بہادر جنگجو کی جانب سے دانشمندانہ انتخاب کے سوا کچھ نہیں تھا۔ یہ ایک فوجی ہیرو کا اصولی موقف تھا جو کبھی بھی کسی جنگ میں نہیں ہارا تھا۔ اگر وہ اپنے کفر پر قائم رہتے اور اسی طرح مرجاتے جیسے اُن کے آباء و اجداد اور کفار میں سے اُن کے ہم عصر ایمان لائے بغیر اس دنیا سے چلے گئے تھے، جیسے کہ ابوجہل اور الولید ابن المغیرہ، تو خالد بن ولید کا شمار بھی اُن لوگوں میں ہی ہوتا جنہوں نے دنیا اور آخرت دونوں جہانوں میں نقصان اٹھایا۔
درحقیقت، خالد ؓ کی زندگی موجودہ مسلم افواج کے افسران کے لیے ایک زبردست اور شاندار مثال، نمونہ اور سبق ہے، جنہیں اُس وقت کےظالموں کی حکمرانی کی حفاظت کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا ، تا کہ وہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے نازل کردہ احکامات کی جگہ کفر کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی جاری رکھ سکیں ۔ اگر آج ہمارے محترم فوجی افسران خالد بن الولید ؓ کی مثال پر عمل کریں تو ان کے معاملات کا انجام وہی ہوگا جیسا کہ اللہ کی تلوار، سیف اللہ، کا ہوا تھا، ان شاء اللہ۔ چنانچہ اگر اللہ تعالیٰ نے اجازت دی تو ایسے افسران ایک خوشی کا دن دیکھیں گے جس میں وہ خالدؓ اور صحابہ کرام ؓ کے ساتھ ہمارے آقا محمد مصطفیٰﷺ کے حوض پر جمع ہوں گے۔ اور وہ کیا ہی خوشی کا دن ہو گا!
تاہم، اگر مسلم فوجی افسران اِس عظیم مقام کی جگہ ذلت کی پستیوں کا انتخاب کرتے ہیں اور مسلم دنیا میں موجودہ سیکولر حکومتوں کی حفاظت کو اپنی حقیقی ذمہ داری سمجھتے ہوئےاِن قومی ریاستوں کی سرحدوں کی حفاظت کرتے ہیں جو مسلمانوں کو کمزور کرنے اور ان کو تقسیم کرنے کے لیے خلافت کی سرزمین پر بنائی گئی تھیں، تو اُن کے لیے اِس عمل کے سنگین اور افسوسناک نتائج برآمد ہوں گے۔ درحقیقت، یہ مسلمان فوجی افسران کا کام نہیں ہے، جن کے دل اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کی محبت اور عقیدت سے لبریز ہوں، کہ وہ ظالموں کی حکمرانی کی حفاظت کریں، اپنی فوجی زندگی اِن ظالم حکومتوں کی خدمت میں ضائع کریں جو مغربی صلیبیوں کے ایجنٹ ہیں، اور دشمن کفار کے منصوبوں کو عملی جامہ پہنا رہے ہیں۔ لہٰذا، مسلمان افسران کو ان سیاہ مثالوں سے سبق لینا چاہیے، جو فوجی تاریخ میں بکھری پڑی ہیں، ان لوگوں کی مثالیں جنہوں نے اندھی تقلید کرتے ہوئےظالم حکمرانوں اور اُن کی حکمرانی کی حفاظت کی اور اسی حال میں مر گئے، جیسے کنگ رچرڈ، شہنشاہ نپولین اور ظالم ہٹلر، اور دنیا اور آخرت دونوں جہانوں کا نقصان اٹھایا۔ درحقیقت، جہنم غافل لوگوں کے لیے گھات لگا کر بیٹھے ہوئے ایک حملہ آور کی طرح چھپی بیٹھی ہے جو موت کی صورت میں اچانک اُن کے سروں پر پہنچ جائے گی اور جس طرح پھرفرعون کو اپنے برے عمل سے واپس پلٹنے کا موقع نہیں ملاتھا، غافل لوگوں کو بھی نہیں ملے گا۔
خالد ؓ کو اسلام اور مسلمانوں کا ساتھ دینے کا فیصلہ کرنےمیں زیادہ دیر نہیں لگی تھی۔ یہ واقعہ اس طرح سے پیش آیا تھا کہ آپؓ کے بھائی، ولید بن ولید بن المغیرہؓ آپؓ کےلیے رسول اللہﷺ کا ایک مختصر پیغام آپؓ کے گھر چھوڑ کر چلے گئے۔ یہ صرف ایک مختصر پیغام تھا جو اُن کے لیے دنیا اور اس کے سامان کا آخرت کی لامتناہی نعمتوں کے بدلے سودا کرنے کے لیے کافی تھا۔ خالد بن ولیدؓ معاہدہ حدیبیہ کے بعد اُس وقت اسلام میں داخل ہوئے جب رسول اللہ ﷺ عمرہ کی ادائیگی کے لیے مکّہ تشریف لائے۔ رسول اللہﷺ نے الولید سے، جو اُس وقت اسلام لاچکے تھے، خالد بن ولید کے متعلق پوچھا، أين خالد؟ "خالد کہاں ہے؟” الولیدؓ نے فرمایا، يأتي به الله” اللہ اسے لائے گا۔” رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا، ما مثله يجهل الإسلام، ولو كان يجعل نكايته مع المسلمين على المشركين كان خيرا له، ولقدّمناه على غيره "اُس جیسا کوئی نہیں جو اسلام سے بے خبر ہو۔ اگر وہ مسلمانوں کے خلاف اپنے غصے کا رخ مشرکین کی جانب پھیر دے تو یہ اس کے لیے بہتر ہے۔ یقیناً، ہم اسے دوسروں پر فوقیت دیں گے۔”
الولیدؓ نے اپنے بھائی کو ڈھونڈا، مگر وہ انہیں نہ ملے، تو انہوں نے خالدؓ کے لیے یہ پیغام چھوڑا، بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم أما بعد: فإني لم أر أعجب من ذهاب رأيك عن الإسلام، وعقلك عقلك! ومِثْلُ الإسلام يَجْهَلُهُ أحد؟! وقد سألني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عنك، فقال: أين خالد؟ … فاستدرك يا أخي ما قد فاتك، وقد فاتتك مواطن صالحة ” ”بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم۔ اما بعد! میں نے اس سے زیادہ تعجب خیز کوئی امر نہیں دیکھا کہ تیری رائے اسلام جیسے پاکیزہ مذہب کے قبول کرنے سے کیوں منحرف ہے، حالانکہ تیری عقل، تیری عقل ہے۔ (جو مشہور و معروف ہے) اور اسلام جیسے پاکیزہ مذہب سے کسی کا بے خبر رہنا تعجب خیز ہے۔ اور آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے تمہارا حال دریافت کیا تھا کہ خالد کہاں ہے؟ ۔۔۔ پس اے بھائی! تجھ سے جو عمدہ مقامات فوت ہوگئے ہیں تو ان کی تلافی اور تدارک کر لے کہ ابھی وقت ہے۔“
اس سے پہلے ہی سے خالدؓ اسلام کے متعلق غور و فکر کررہے تھے اور جب انہوں نے اپنے بھائی کا پیغام پڑھا تو وہ خوشی سے نہال ہوگئے۔ وہ اپنے متعلق رسول اللہ ﷺ کے بیان سے حیران ہوگئے اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے اُن کے دل کو کھول دیا، چنانچہ وہ اسلام میں داخل ہو گئے۔ اس سے پہلے انہوں نے ایک خواب بھی دیکھا تھا، جس میں وہ ایک تنگ جگہ پر تھے، جہاں سے وہ ایک وسیع، سبز چراگاہ کی طرف نکل آئے۔ جب آپ نے حضرت ابوبکر صدیق ؓ سے اس خواب کا تذکرہ کیا جب وہ مدینہ میں تھے تو انہوں نے فرمایا: هو مخرجُكَ الذي هداك الله للإسلام، والضيقُ الذي كنتَ فيه من الشرك” تمہارا نکلنا اس کی طرف ہے جس کی طرف اللہ تعالیٰ نے تمہیں ہدایت کی ہے، اسلام، جبکہ تم جس تنگی میں تھے وہ شرک تھا۔” اس طرح، ایک مختصر پیغام اور ایک خواب جو انہوں نے دیکھا تھا، وہ ایک حقیقی فوجی لیڈر کے لیے اسلام میں داخل ہونے، اور اپنی زندگی کو درست کرنے ، اور وہ کام کرنے کے لیے جس کے لیے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے انہیں پیدا کیا ، کافی ثابت ہوا ، یعنی کہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کی عبادت اور اس کی راہ میں میں جہاد کرنا۔
خالد بن ولید ؓ واقعی ایک تجربہ کار فوجی کمانڈر تھے۔ انہوں نے جنگِ اُحد میں مشرکین کے لشکر کی قیادت کی اور مسلمانوں کو شدید نقصان پہنچایا۔ پھر مسلمان ہوجانے کے بعد بھی وہ ایک شاندار کمانڈر رہے۔ مسلمانوں کے ساتھ ان کی پہلی فوجی مہم موتہ کی جنگ تھی، جس میں انہوں نے مسلمانوں کا جھنڈا اٹھایا، جس کے بعد انہیں "سیف اللہ” (اللہ کی تلوار) کا خطاب دیا گیا۔ انہوں نے مرتدین کے خلاف جنگوں میں بھی حصہ لیا، اور مسلمانوں کے ساتھ مل کر سو سے زیادہ جنگیں لڑیں۔ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا، نِعْمَ عبدُ اللهِ وأخو العَشيرةِ خالدُ بنُ الوليدٍ سيفٌ مِن سيوفِ اللهِ سلَّه اللهُ على الكفَّارِ والمنافقين "ہاں، عبداللہ اور قبیلے کے دیگر بھائیوں، خالد بن الولید ،اللہ عزوجل کی تلواروں میں سے ایک تلوار ہے جسے اللہ تعالیٰ نے کفار اور منافقوں کے خلاف اتارا ہے۔”
خالدؓ نے مکّہ کی فتح میں حصہ لیا اور حنین کی جنگ میں بھی شامل تھے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے آپؓ کو اپنے سر سے ایک بال عطا فرمایا جسے خالد ؓ نے اپنی پگڑی (ٹوپی) میں رکھا۔ خالد ؓ دشمن کو شکست دیے بغیر نہ رہتے تھے۔ ابو بکر صدیق ؓ نے انہیں پوری فوج کا سپہ سالار بنا دیا، جبکہ انہوں نے اور ابو عبیدہ ؓنے دمشق کو فتح کیا۔ یہ تمام فتوحات ایک سچے فوجی افسر،جنگجو، کی تھیں، جنہیں عسکری تاریخ میں یاد کیا جاتا ہے، اور جنہیں بہترین امت بنی نوع انسان کی فلاح کے لیے آگے لائی۔ اُن کی فتوحات اُن کے اچھے اعمال کے ترازو میں اُس دن بھاری ہوں گی جس دن نہ پیسہ اور نہ اولاد کوئی فائدہ دے گی۔
خالد ؓ کی مثال اُن موجودہ فوجی افسران سے بہت اعلیٰ ہے جو مسلم افواج میں تمغے اور عہدے حاصل کرنے کے لیے خدمات انجام دیتے ہیں اور اسی میں اپنی زندگیاں صرف کردیتے ہیں، اسلام اور مسلمانوں کی حمایت کے لیے کوئی حقیقی کامیابی حاصل نہیں کرتے لیکن استعماری طاقتوں کے مفادات کے لیے جنگیں لڑتے ہیں، اور صلیبی اقوام متحدہ کے "امن” مشنز میں خدمات انجام دیتے ہیں۔ درحقیقت، کمانڈر خالد بن الولیدؓ اور اُن مرنے والے افسروں کے درمیان زمین و آسمان کا فرق ہے، جن کی زندگی اور موت، اللہ کی تلوار ؓ کی زندگی اور موت سے بالکل مختلف ہے کیونکہ خالدؓ کی زندگی اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے دین کی ترویج ، اسلامی سلطنت اور مسلمانوں کے دفاع میں گزری اور اسی حالت میں انہیں موت نصیب ہوئی۔
اصل میں مسلمان فوجی افسران امت کے معزز خادم ہیں۔ وہ اُن کے ایمان کی حفاظت اور اس کے مقدسات کے تحفظ کا عہد کرتے ہیں۔ وہ یقیناً ظالم حکمرانوں کے بندے نہیں ہیں جو اللہ کی نازل کردہ وحی اور اس میں موجود احکامات کے مطابق حکومت نہیں کرتے۔ درحقیقت اصل میں حکمرانوں کو خود بھی عوام کا خادم بننا چاہیے، لیکن اِس کے برخلاف اِن حکمرانوں نے اپنے جمہوری نظام کے ذریعے امانت میں خیانت کی اور عوام کی دولت کو ناجائز طریقے سے ہڑپ کیا۔ جہاں تک فوجی افسران کا تعلق ہے، اگر وہ اپنے اور عوام کےدرمیان کیے گئے عہد کو پورا نہیں کرتے تو وہ بھی حرام دولت میں سے کھانے والے اور اپنے بچوں کو بھی کھلانے والے قرار دیے جائیں گے۔ درحقیقت حرام مال صرف وہی نہیں ہے جو چوری یا ڈکیتی سے حاصل کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس شخص کا وہ مال بھی حرام ہوجاتا ہے جسے کسی فرض کے لیے رکھا گیا ہو، لیکن وہ اُس فرض کو پورا نہیں کرتا جس کے لیے اسے رکھا گیا تھا۔اور ایسا خاص طور پر اُس وقت ہوتا ہے جب عام مسلمان جو کہ حکمرانوں کے ہاتھوں غریب ہو چکے ہیں، لیکن فوجیوں اور افسروں کو ان کی اچھی تنخواہیں بروقت ادا کرنے کے لیے اپنے دکھی خاندانوں کے پیٹ کاٹ رہے ہوں۔ امت یہ سخت قربانی اس لیے نہیں دیتی کہ فوجی افسران اور ان کے اہل خانہ امت کی دولت سے لطف اندوز ہو سکیں جبکہ وہ امت کے لیے کچھ بھی نہ کررہے ہوں، اور اس سے بھی بدتر یہ ہے کہ وہ امت کےدشمنوں کی خدمت کررہے ہوں۔ یہ قربانی امت صرف اس کے دین، اس کی حرمت اور اس کے ناقابل تنسیخ امور کے دفاع کے لیے دیتی ہے۔ اگر مسلمان فوجی افسران اپنے عہد کا احترام نہیں کرتے تو وہ خود کو اور اپنے اہل خانہ کو حرام کھلاتے اور حرام مال سے پالتے ہیں۔
لہٰذا مسلمان افسر حرام سے کھانے سے ہر صورت بچیں۔ جابر ؓکہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا، لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ لَحْمٌ نبَتَ منَ السُّحْتِ وكلُّ لحمٍ نبَتَ منَ السُّحْتِ كَانَتِ النَّارُ أَوْلَى بِهِ "وہ گوشت جس کی پرورش ناجائز مال سے ہوئی ہو جنت میں داخل نہیں ہو گا، بلکہ ناجائز مال پر پرورش پانے والے تمام گوشت کے لیے جہنم زیادہ مناسب ہے۔”(احمد، دارمی، اور بیہقی)۔ ابو بکر صدیقؓ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا، لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ جَسَدٌ غُذِّيَ بالحرَامِ "حرام سے پرورش پانے والا جسم جنت میں داخل نہیں ہوگا، اس کے لیے آگ زیادہ مناسب ہے۔”( بیہقی شعب الایمان میں)۔ پس جو فوجی افسر اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہے وہ کیوں اپنے اہل و عیال کی حرام پیسوں سے پرورش کرکےانہیں جہنم کی آگ میں ڈالنے پر راضی ہو سکتا ہے ؟! رہی بات ان میں سے جو افسر اس بات پر خوش ہے کہ اس کی اولاد ممتاز ترین یونیورسٹیوں سے بڑھ کر فارغ التحصیل ہوں تا کہ لوگوں کے سامنے اپنی اولاد پر فخر کر سکیں، تو کیا وہ اس بات پر مطمئن ہونا چاہتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے اپنی اولاد کی اس طرح سے پرورش کی کہ وہ جہنم کی آگ کا ایندھن بن سکیں ؟ ! اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ایسی صورتحال سے محفوظ رکھے!
یہ بات دوپہر کے سورج کی طرح واضح ہو چکی ہے کہ امت کی ابتر حالت کو اہل قوت اور محافظوں کی نصرۃ سے ہی بدلا جا سکتا ہے، جبکہ عوام حقیقتاً اُس شےکو بدل چکے ہیں جو اُن کے اندر موجود ہے ۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا، إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ " بیشک اللہ کسی قوم کی حالت نہیں بدلتا جب تک وہ خود اپنے اندر موجود ہر چیز ( حالت) نہ بدلیں۔"(الراد، 13:11)۔ درحقیقت امت نے بارہا اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے قانون کے مطابق حکمرانی کا مطالبہ کیا ہے، ننگے سینوں کے ساتھ سڑکوں پر نکل کر کفار کے استعماری نظام کے خاتمے اور اس کے ملبے پر اسلام کی حکومت کے قیام کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔ تاہم، جن لوگوں نے امت کو ناکام کیا ہے وہ صرف اور صرف مسلمان افسر اور فوج کے کمانڈر اور ان کی مسلح افواج ہیں جبکہ وہ امت کا حصہ ہیں اور اس کے بیٹوں میں سے ہیں۔ انہوں نے امت کو اس حقیقت کے باوجود ناکام کیا کہ عام مسلمانوں نے ان پر اپنے اہل و عیال کے حق میں سے خرچ کیا ہے۔ اس طرح آج مسلمان افسران جابر، ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کے گناہ اپنے اوپر لے کر اسی طرح کے عذاب کو دعوت دے رہے ہیں جس کا شکار اِن حکمرانوں نے لازمی ہونا ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا، إِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا كَانُوا خَاطِئِينَ"بیشک فرعون اور ہامان اور ان کے لشکر خطا کار تھے۔"(القصاص، 28:8)۔ مفہوم یہ ہے کہ فاسق و فاجروں میں کفار کا سربراہ فرعون اور اس کا وزیر ہامان اور ان کے لشکر بھی شامل ہیں۔
کسی سپاہی یا افسر کے لیے یہ جائز نہیں ہے کہ وہ حاکم کے ظلم اور کفر سے متعلق اپنی ذمہ داری سے خود کو بری الذمہ قرار دے، یہ دعویٰ کرے کہ وہ حاکم کے جبر، اس کی کفر کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی ، کفار کے لیے اس کی خدمات، اس کے کھلے اور واضح گناہ اور اس کی بے حیائی کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہے۔ درحقیقت، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اُن لوگوں کی مذمت کی ہے جو حاکم کے ظلم کے بارے میں کسی بھی ذمہ داری سے خود کو بری الذمہ قرار دیتے ہیں۔ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا، اسْمَعُوا هَلْ سَمِعْتُمْ أَنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ بَعْدِي أُمَرَاءُ فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَيْسَ بِوَارِدٍ عَلَىَّ الْحَوْضَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَهُوَ وَارِدٌ عَلَىَّ الْحَوْضَ " سنو: کیا تم لوگوں نے سناکہ میرے بعد ایسے امراء ہوں گےکہ جو ان کے پاس جائے ان کی جھوٹی باتوں کی تصدیق کرے اور ان کے ظلم پر ان کی مدد کرے، وہ مجھ سے نہیں ہے اور نہ میں اس سے ہوں اور نہ وہ میرے حوض پر آئے گا، اور جو شخص ان کے پاس نہ جائے، ان کے ظلم پر ان کی مدد نہ کرے اور نہ ان کی جھوٹی باتوں کی تصدیق کرے، وہ مجھ سے ہے، اور میں اس سے ہوں اور وہ میرے حوض پر آئے گا۔ "(ترمذی، النسائی، اور احمد)۔
امام ابن حنبل ؒ کی قید کے بارے میں روایت ہے کہ ان کے پاس ایک جیلر آیا اور کہنے لگا: الحديث الذي رُوي في الظلمة وأعوانهم هل هو صحيح؟ ” کیا ظالموں اور ان کے مددگاروں کے بارے میں جو حدیث مروی ہے وہ صحیح ہے؟” آپؒ نے فرمایا، نعم "ہاں۔” جیلر نے کہا، وأنا من أعوان الظلمة؟ "کیا میں جابروں کی مدد کرنے والوں میں سے ایک ہوں؟” پھر ابن حنبلؒ نے فرمایا، أعوان الظلمة من يأخذ شعرك ويغسل ثوبك ويصلح طعامك ويبيع ويشتري منك أما أنت فمن الظَّلَمَة” ظالموں کے مددگارتو وہ ہیں جو ان کے بال کاٹتے ہیں، ان کےکپڑے دھوتے ہیں، ان کیلئے کھانا تیار کرتے ہیں اوران سے خرید و فروخت کرتے ہیں۔ جہاں تک تمہارا تعلق ہے تو تم تو خود ظالموں میں سے ہو۔”(مناقب الامام احمد” از ابن الجوزی)۔ اور جب ہم امام احمد پر ظلم کرنے والے کے بارے میں بات کر رہے ہیں تو درحقیقت ہم خلیفہ المامون کے بارے میں بات کر رہے ہیں، وہ مسلمان حکمران جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے نازل کردہ تمام احکام کے مطابق حکومت کرتا تھا اور اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرتا تھا۔ پھر بھی امام احمد نے اس کے بارے میں یہ کہا! ہم مسلمانوں کے موجودہ حکمرانوں کی بات نہیں کر رہے جنہوں نے مسلمانوں کے مقدسات کو پامال کیا، جہاد اور اسلام کے تمام شرعی احکام کو معطل کر دیا ہے۔ یہ اقتدار پر قبضہ کرنے والے، گنہگار، جابر اور ان میں سے اکثر کافر ہیں۔ یہ یقیناً کسی طور پر بھی مامون جیسے نہیں ہیں بلکہ اس زمانے کے فرعون ہیں۔
مسلمان فوجوں میں اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھنے والے عقلمند افسران کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے معاملات کو ٹھیک کریں جیسا کہ خالد بن ولیدؓنے کیا تھا، اس سے پہلے کہ بہت دیر ہو جائے۔ بے شک موت ہر مخلوق کے بہت قریب ہے اور روز جزا (آخرت) لازم و ملزوم ہے۔ خالد بن ولید ؓ نے بستر مرگ (موت کے وقت)پر فرمایا: شهدت مئة زحف أو زهاءها، وما في جسمي موضع شبرٍ إلا وفيه ضربة أو طعنة أو رمية، ثم ها أنا ذَا أموت على فراشي كما يموت البعير، فلا نامت أعين الجبناء” میں نے سو جنگیں دیکھی ہیں۔ میرے جسم میں ایک انچ بھی ایسا نہیں جس پر ضرب نہ لگی ہو، زخم یا نشان نہ ہو۔ پھر بھی میں یہاں ہوں، اپنے بستر پر اس طرح مر رہا ہوں جیسے اونٹ مرتا ہے، پس بزدل کبھی سکون کی نیند نہ سوئے” معاملات کی اصلاح صرف ایک چیز سے ممکن ہے جس کا کوئی متبادل نہیں۔ اس کی عدم موجودگی نماز، روزہ، صدقہ، حج یا عمرہ سے پوری نہیں ہوتی۔ فوجی افسر کے لیے اصلاح صرف مسلمانوں کے ساتھ کھڑے ہونےمیں ہے، جس کے لیے اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے احیاء کے منصوبے کے لیے نصرۃ فراہم کرنا ضروری ہے ، اسلام کو لوگوں کے لیے نظام حکومت کے طور پر بحال کرنا ضروری ہے، اور اس کا قیام یعنی نبوت کے نقش قدم پر خلافت، حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ دے کر ہوگا، جبکہ خلافت کے قیام کی بشارت رسول اللہﷺ بھی دے چکے ہیں۔ اور اگر مسلمان افسران ایسا کرتے ہیں تو دونوں جہانوں میں فتح پائیں گے جیسا کہ خالد بن الولید ؓنے فتح پائی۔ اور اگر انہوں نے دنیا میں اس کی مخالفت کی تو وہ جہنم میں ہیں، اللہ (عزوجل) اس انجام سے محفوظ رکھے ۔ اللہ عزوجل نے فرمایا، قُلْ إِنْ كَانَ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَاؤُكُمْ وَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُكُمْ وَعَشِيرَتُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالٌ اقْتَرَفْتُمُوهَا وَتِجَارَةٌ تَخْشَوْنَ كَسَادَهَا وَمَسَاكِنُ تَرْضَوْنَهَا أَحَبَّ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَجِهَادٍ فِي سَبِيلِهِ فَتَرَبَّصُوا حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ اللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ " کہہ دو کہ اگر تمہارے باپ اور بیٹے اور بھائی اور عورتیں اور خاندان کے آدمی اور مال جو تم کماتے ہو اور تجارت جس کے بند ہونے سے ڈرتے ہو اور مکانات جن کو پسند کرتے ہو، اللہ اور اس کے رسول سے اور اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرنے سے تمہیں زیادہ عزیز ہوں تو ٹھہرے رہو یہاں تک کہ اللہ اپنا حکم (یعنی عذاب) بھیجے۔ اور اللہ نافرمان لوگوں کو ہدایت نہیں دیا کرتا ۔”(التوبہ، 9:24)
