آج، 7 محرم 1443 ہجری، بمطابق 15 اگست 2021 ،مسلمانوں میں خوشی کی لہر دوڑ گئی جب افغان مجاہدین کابل میں داخل ہوئے جبکہ امریکا جلدی میں اپنے سفارتی عملے کو کابل سے نکال کر اپنا سفارت خانہ خالی کررہا تھا اور افغانستان کا کٹھ پتلی حکمران اشرف غنی ملک سے فرار ہو چکا تھا۔ چند ہزار ہلکے ہتھیاروں سے مسلح مجاہدین نے تیسری استعماری طاقت،امریکا، کے غرور کو اپنے قدموں تلے روند ڈالا،بالکل ویسے ہی جیسے ان مجاہدین کے آباؤاجداد نے برطانوی سلطنت اور پھر سوویت روس کے غرور کو خاک میں ملایا تھا۔ اب امریکہ کے علاقائی ڈھانچے اور خطے میں اس کی موجودگی کو مکمل طور پر اُکھاڑ پھینکنے کا وقت آچکا ہے ،اور اگر یہ کام سرانجام دے دیا گیا تو امریکا دوبارہ اس خطے کا رُخ کبھی نہیں کرے گا، بالکل ویسے ہی جیسا کہ برطانوی راج اور سوویت روس نے افغانستان سے اپنے فوجی انخلا ء کے بعد کبھی دوبارہ اس خطے میں واپس آکر قدم جمانے کی ہمت نہیں کی ۔
اے پاکستان کے مسلمانو!
یہی وقت ہے کہ امریکی راج کی گرتی ہوئی دیوار کو آخری دھکا دیا جائے۔۔
یہی وقت ہے کہ امریکہ کے لیے پاکستان سے گزرنے والی سپلائی لائن (ALOC, GLOC)کے خاتمے کا مطالبہ کیا جائے کیونکہ یہ خطے میں امریکا کے علاقائی ڈھانچے کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے شہ رگ کا کام کرتی ہے۔ جب تک پاکستان کے حکمرانوں کی طرف سے امریکا کو زمینی وفضائی گزرگاہیں میسر رہیں گی، خطے میں امریکا کی تباہ کُن موجودگی برقرار رہے گی اور اس کے دوبارہ پَھلنے پھولنے کی صلاحیت برقرار رہے گی ۔
یہی وقت ہے کہ اسلام آباد میں امریکی سفارت خانے اور کراچی میں اس کے قونصل خانے میں موجود جاسوسی کے اڈوں کے خاتمے کا مطالبہ کیا جائے۔ یہ امریکہ کی وہ شر انگیز آنکھیں ہیں جو دن رات چوبیس گھنٹے پوری طرح کھلی رہتی ہیں ، جن کے بغیر پورا امریکی انفراسٹرکچر اندھا ہو جائے گا۔ جب تک پاکستان کے حکمران امریکہ کے جاسوسی کے اِن اڈوں کوباقی رہنے کی اجازت دیں گے، ہماری حساس فوجی اور انٹیلی جنس مواصلات کبھی بھی محفوظ نہیں ہوسکتیں، اور یہ اڈے امریکا کو اس قابل بناتے ہیں کہ وہ خطے میں اپنی زہریلی جڑیں برقرار رکھے۔
یہی وقت ہے کہ امریکا اور اس کی کٹھ پتلیوں اور افغان مجاہدین کے درمیان مذاکرات کے لیے پاکستان کے سہولت کاری کے کردارکو ختم کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا جائے۔ مذاکرات کفار کا ایک پُرفریب طریقہ کار ہیں جسے وہ مسلمانوں کو نقصان پہنچانے اور اُن سے اپنے لیے مراعات لینے کے لیے استعمال کرتے ہیں ۔یہ طریقہ وہ اُس وقت استعمال کرتے ہیں جب انہیں اس بات کا یقین ہوجاتا ہے کہ اسلامی امت اس پوزیشن میں ہے کہ وہ بغیر کوئی مراعات دیے اور بغیر کوئی نقصان اٹھائے، اُن سے اپنا حق چھین سکتی ہے۔ جب تک پاکستان کے حکمران مذاکرات میں امریکہ کی خاطر سہولت کار کا کردار ادا کرتے رہیں گے، تو دشمن کو یہ موقع ملتا رہے گا کہ وہ قلعے کے سامنے کے دروازے سے نکل کر پچھلے دروازے سے دوبارہ داخل ہوجائے۔
یہی وقت ہے کہ امریکی راج کی گرتی دیوار کو فیصلہ کُن دھکا دیا جائے۔پس یہ مطالبہ کیا جائے کہ امریکا سے ہر طرح کا فوجی و معاشی اتحاد ختم کیا جائے کیونکہ وہ مسلمانوں اور اسلام کا کھلا دشمن ہے اور ہمارے دیگر دشمنوں کو ہمارے خلاف مددوحمایت فراہم کرتا ہے۔ ہمیں حکمرانوں کے امریکہ سے اتحاد کے سنگین گناہ سے خود کو الگ کرنا ہوگا تا کہ ہم اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے غضب اور سزا سے بچ سکیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے ارشاد فرمایا،
﴿اِنَّمَا يَنۡهٰٮكُمُ اللّٰهُ عَنِ الَّذِيۡنَ قَاتَلُوۡكُمۡ فِىۡ الدِّيۡنِ وَاَخۡرَجُوۡكُمۡ مِّنۡ دِيَارِكُمۡ وَظَاهَرُوۡا عَلٰٓى اِخۡرَاجِكُمۡ اَنۡ تَوَلَّوۡهُمۡۚ وَمَنۡ يَّتَوَلَّهُمۡ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوۡنَ﴾
"اللہ اُنہی لوگوں کے ساتھ تم کو دوستی کرنے سے منع کرتا ہے جنہوں نے دین کے بارے میں تم سے لڑائی کی اور تم کو تمہارے گھروں سے نکالا اور تمہارے نکالنے میں اوروں کی مدد کی۔ تو جو لوگ ایسوں سے دوستی کریں گے وہی ظالم ہیں”(الممتحنہ، 60:9)۔
اے افواج پاکستان کے مسلمانو اوراے مجاہدین!
پاکستان، افغانستان اور وسطی ایشیا ءکو ایک ریاستِ خلافت کی شکل میں یکجا کردو
یہ جان لیں کہ مسلم علاقوں کے درمیان موجود سرحدیں استعمار کی کھینچی ہوئی ہیں کہ جن کے ذریعے وہ ہمیں تقسیم اور کمزور کرتا ہے اور ہم پر حکمرانی کرتا ہے۔ جبکہ ہماری طاقت صرف اور صرف اسلام کے جھنڈے تلے ایک ریاست کی شکل میں یکجا ہونے میں ہے۔ ہمارے خطے میں اِس ڈیورنڈ لائن کی سرحد نے افغانستان کو ایک چھوٹے اور کمزور ملک میں تبدیل کردیا ، جہاں امتِ مسلمہ کے دشمن باآسانی مداخلت کرسکتے ہیں ،بار بار حملہ آور ہو سکتے ہیں اورسرایت کر سکتے ہیں، چاہے وہ 1989 سے پہلے روس ہو یا 2001 کے بعد سے امریکا اور بھارت ہوں۔ یہ ڈیورنڈ لائن ہی ہے جس نے افغانستان کے غیور اور باعزت مسلمانوں کو محروم ،مظلوم اور پناہ گزین بنا دیا ہے، اور افغانستان کی سرزمین پر بڑی طاقتوں کی آپس کی لڑائیوں، سازشوں اور "ڈبل گیم” کی وجہ سے ہزاروں لاکھوں مسلمان شہید ہو تے رہے۔ یہ ڈیورنڈ لائن ہی ہے جس نے مسلمانوں کے درمیان شک ، ناراضگی اور دشمنی پیدا کی ، ان کی صفوں کو تقسیم کیا ، تاکہ کفار ان کے درمیان ، شمال و جنوب ، مشرق اور مغرب، ہر طرف سے داخل ہو سکیں ۔
دشمنوں کو ہمارے اس خطے کے دروازوں سے داخل ہونے سے روکنے کا صحیح طریقہ یہ ہے کہ پاکستان ، افغانستان اور وسطی ایشیاء کو ایک ریاست ِخلافت تلے یکجا کرکے مسلم علاقوں میں کفار کے داخلے کے دروازوں کو ہمیشہ کے لیے بند کر دیا جائے۔ بے شک ، ہماری طاقت کا انحصار مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں سے اتحاد کرنے اور اُن پر انحصار کرنے میں نہیں ہے ، چاہے وہ دشمن مشرق میں چین ہو یا مغرب میں امریکہ ہو۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی رضا اور خوشنودی کے لیے ہماری طاقت کا انحصار صرف اللہ کی خاطر آپسی بھائی چارے اور ایک ریاست کی شکل میں امتِ مسلمہ کی وحدت پر ہے ،جہاں مسلم علاقوں کی تمام افواج اور ان کے مادی و معاشی وسائل ایک خلیفہ کے ہاتھ میں ہوں گے جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی وحی کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی کرے گا۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے ارشاد فرمایا،
﴿الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا﴾
" وہ جو مسلمانوں کو چھوڑ کر کافروں کو دوست بناتے ہیں،کیا ان کے پاس عزت تلاش کرتے ہیں، عزت تو ساری اللہ کے لیے ہی ہے”(النساء، 4:139)۔
اب یہ آپ پر ہے کہ اِس ڈیورنڈ لائن کو مٹا کر اپنی قوت کو یکجا کریں ، جو آپ کو آپ کے دشمنوں کے سامنے تقسیم اور کمزور کرتی ہے ،اور امریکیوں اور بھارتیوں کے خلاف بھائی بن کرایک ہی صف میں کھڑے ہوجائیں ، جیسا کہ آپ پہلے سوویت روس کے خلاف ایک جسم بن کر کھڑے ہوئے تھے ۔
بین الاقوامی نظام (ورلڈ آرڈر)یااُس کو چلانے والی استعماری ریاستوں کی منظوری کی پرواہ نہ کریں ۔ مذاکرات کی طرح ، یہ بھی امتِ اسلامیہ کو اُس حق سے محروم کرنے کے لیے ایک جال ہے جس حق کو آپ اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد اور اپنے پسینے ، خون ، اسلحے اور بارود سے حاصل کرسکتے ہیں۔ بین الاقوامی نظام اِس دور کی مجرمانہ ریاستوں کا نظام ہے جنہوں نے لاطینی امریکہ سے لے کر جنوب مشرقی ایشیا تک ،دنیا کے بیشتر حصے کا انتہائی بے رحمی سے استحصال کیا ہے۔ یہ نظام موجودہ مغربی حکمرانوں کے شیطانی آباؤ اجداد کا بنایا ہوا ہے ، جس کا مقصد ریاستِ خلافت کی مسلسل پیش قدمی کا سدِ باب کرنا تھا جس کی فوجیں مغربی دارالحکومتوں کے دروازوں تک پہنچ گئی تھیں۔ یہی وہ جابرانہ صلیبی نظام ہے جس نے فلسطین، مقبوضہ کشمیر اور دیگر مقبوضہ اسلامی سرزمینوں کو کئی دہائیوں سے آزادی سے محروم کر رکھا ہے، اگرچہ مسلمانوں کے پاس لاکھوں کی تعداد میں قابل مسلم افواج موجود ہیں۔ آج دینِ حق کی حامل اِس امت کے پاس اس کرپٹ عالمی نظام کو ختم کرنے کے لیے وسائل اور افرادی قوت موجود ہے ، جس کا خاتمہ انسانیت کو سکھ کا سانس بخشےگا، اور اس کی جگہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے احکامات پر مبنی ایک خالص الہامی نظام نافذ ہوگا ، جیسا کہ اس سے قبل دورِ خلافت میں صدیوں تک یہ نافذ ہوتا رہا ۔
مسلمانوں کے موجودہ حکمرانوں کا دھوکہ، جھوٹ اورمکر و فریب اب اپنی انتہاء کو پہنچ چکا ہے۔ یہ حکمران وہ بوجھ ہیں جنہیں اب آپ نے ہی امت کے کندھوں سے لازمی اتارنا ہے۔ پس آپ نبوت کے نقشِ قدم پر دوبارہ خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو نُصرۃ فراہم کریں، جو امت کی فوجی طاقت اور معاشی وسائل کو جمع کر کے امریکی راج کو زمیں بوس کرے گی اور خطے میں اسلام کی بالادستی قائم کرے گی اور دنیا کی رہنما ریاست بن کر ابھرے گی۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے ارشاد فرمایا،
﴿إِن يَنصُرۡكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمۡۖ وَإِن يَخۡذُلۡكُمۡ فَمَن ذَا ٱلَّذِي يَنصُرُكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦۗ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ﴾
"اگر اللہ تمہاری مدد کرے تو کوئی تم پر غالب آنے والا نہیں اور اگر وہ تمہارا ساتھ چھوڑ دے تو کون ہے جو اس کے بعد تمہاری مدد کرے گا اور مومنوں پر لازم ہے کہ اللہ ہی پر بھروسہ کریں”(آل عمران، 3:160)۔
