اس وقت دین پر عمل پیرا ہونے میں ایک مشکل یہ ہے کہ ہم اس بارے میں واضح نہیں ہیں کہ ہمارے ہر ہرعمل کا مقصد کیا ہےاوراس عمل سے کیا ہدف حاصل ہوتا ہے ۔ یہ ایک ایسی مشکل ہے جس نے بہت ساری پریشانیوں کو جنم دیا ہے۔ کچھ لوگ اپنی خواہشات کومدِ نظر رکھتے ہوئےاسلام کا کچھ حصہ اپنا لیتے ہیں ۔ کچھ لوگ اپنی خواہشات اور رجحانات کے حق میں اسلام کے مبہم حوالے اور توجیحات پیش کرتے دکھائی دیتے ہیں۔کچھ لوگ تقدیر کا لکھا کہہ کرسپر اندازی کی کیفیت میں دنیا کوترک کر کے انفرادی عبادات پرتوجہ دیتے ہیں ، حتیٰ کہ وہ اپنے کنبےکو نان نفقہ فراہم کرنے کے فرض کو بھی نظرانداز کر دیتے ہیں۔ کچھ لوگ اپنی سستی ، بے حسی اور کاہلی کے حق میں مذہب سے دلیلیں پیش کرتے ہیں۔ کچھ لوگ اعمال کو محض رسومات کے طور پر بغیر کسی مقصد کے ادا کرتے ہیں۔ کچھ لوگ مغربی افادیت پسندی (utilitarianism) کےزیر اثر مادی فوائد کی بہتات میں اس قدر مگن ہو جاتے ہیں کہ ان کے خاندان اور دینی رجحان متاثر ہونے لگتا ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ اس مادی فائدے کی جستجو میں اپنے اخلاق اور عبادات کوتباہ کرلیتے ہیں۔ کچھ لوگ عبادات میں ریا کاری کرتے ہیں۔
عمل کے مقصد اور ہدف کو نہ سمجھنا دیمک کی طرح ہے جو ہمارے اچھے اعمال کو کھا جاتی ہے اور ہمیں اس زندگی اور آخرت میں برباد کر دیتی ہے۔ یہ مرض ہمارے نوجوانوں اور بڑوں کے ساتھ ساتھ بزرگوں کو بھی لاحق ہے، یہ تعلیم یافتہ اور اَن پڑھ دونوں کے لیے مشکلات کا باعث ہے، دولت مندوں کے ساتھ ساتھ مشکلات اور قرضوں سے دوچار غریب لوگ بھی اس سے دوچار ہیں۔ یہ ایک ایسی مصیبت ہے جس کا واحد علاج صرف وحی کے مطابق توجہ ، غور و فکر ، محاسبہ اور اصلاح سے کیا جاسکتا ہے۔
ہمارے ہر عمل کا مقصد صرف اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کی خوشنودی حاصل کرنا ہے، اور کچھ نہیں۔ لہذا چاہے ہم نماز پڑھیں ، اسلامی علوم حاصل کریں ، نیکی کا حکم دیں اور برائیوں سے روکیں ، اسلام کے ذریعہ حکمرانی کریں ، اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کریں، کسی انسان کی جان بچائیں ، چھوٹے بچوں کی پرورش کریں ، عمر رسیدہ ، کمزور اور بیمار والدین کی دیکھ بھال کریں ، کاروبار میں دیانت دار بنیں ، جانوروں کے ساتھ نیک سلوک کریں ، تجارت کریں ، زمین کاشت کریں یا صنعتی پیداوار حاصل کریں ، یہ سب ہم اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی کی رضا کے حصول کے لیے کرتے ہیں۔ پس ہم اللہ کے غضب سے اسی صورت بچ پائیں گے جب ہم اس کے اوامر و نواہی کی پابندی کریں ۔ لہذا ہم اپنے تمام اعمال وحی یعنی قرآن کریم اور سنت ِ مبارکہ کے مطابق سر انجام دیتے ہیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے فرمایا: إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَن يَقُولُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُم الْمُفْلِحُونَ ۔ وَمَن يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَخْشَ اللَّهَ وَيَتَّقْهِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَائِزُونَ "ایمان والوں کا قول تو یہ ہے کہ جب انہیں اس طرف بلایا جاتا ہے کہ اللہ اور اس کا رسولﷺ ان میں فیصلہ کردیں تو وه کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے سنا اور مان لیا یہی لوگ کامیاب ہونے والے ہیں۔ جو بھی اللہ تعالیٰ کی، اس کے رسولﷺ کی فرماں برداری کریں، خوف الٰہی رکھیں اور اس کے عذابوں سے ڈرتے رہیں، وہی نجات پانے والے ہیں”(سورہ النور: 51-52)۔ مسلمان کا مقصد ہے کہ وہ دنیاوی فوائد حاصل کرتے وقت اللہ کی رضا کو پیشِ نظر رکھے اور اپنی خواہشات کی پیروی نہ کرے،اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے فرمایا:وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ ” اورآپﷺ ان کے معاملات میں اللہ کی نازل کرده وحی کے مطابق ہی فیصلہ کریں، ان کی خواہشوں کی تابعداری نہ کریں اور ان سے ہوشیار رہیں کہ کہیں یہ آپ کو اللہ کے اتارے ہوئے کسی حکم سے ادھر ادھر نہ کریں” (سورہ المائدہ: 49)۔ لہٰذا بحیثیت مسلمان ہمیں عمل کرنے سے پہلے یہ جان لینا چاہئے کہ یہ عمل اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ اور اس کے رسولﷺکے اوامر و نواہی کے مطابق ہے یا اس کے منافی ہے۔
یہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ ہی ہے جس نے ہمارے اندر فطری رغبت پیدا کی ہے کہ ہم کسی اپنے سے طاقتور ہستی کی عبادت کریں ، کمائی اور نفع سے مال و دولت کو حاصل کریں ، اپنے خاندان کی پرورش کریں ، شریک حیات سے صحبت رکھیں ، بچوں کی پرورش کریں اور بوڑھے والدین کی دیکھ بھال کریں۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے ان فطری رغبتوں کو تسلی بخش انداز میں پورا کرنے کے لیے اوامر و نواہی نازل کیے ، جن کے ذریعے بہترین شخصیات اور اعلیٰ درجے کا معاشرہ وجود پذیر آتا ہے جو سکون اور اطمینان سےمالا مال ہوتا ہے۔
جہاں تک انفرادی عبادات کا تعلق ہے تو اسلامی احکامات کے مطابق انہیں سرانجام دینے سے روحانی قدر(Spiritual Value) حاصل ہوتی ہے اور خشیتِ الٰہی اور تقویٰ حاصل ہوتا ہے ۔ لہذا علم کی تلاش کے بارے میں اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے فرمایا: إِنَّمَا يَخْشَى اللَّهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمَاءُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ غَفُورٌ "اللہ سے اس کے وہی بندے ڈرتے ہیں جو علم رکھتے ہیں واقعی اللہ تعالیٰ زبردست بڑا بخشنے واﻻ ہے” (سورۃ الفاطر: 28)۔ حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعودؓنے فرمایا: ليس العلم عن كثرة الحديث ، ولكن العلم عن كثرة الخشية "علم تقریر کی کثرت سے نہیں بلکہ خوف (خشیت) کی کثرت ہے”۔ در حقیقت ، جو شخص خالصتاً اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کے لیے اسلام کے کسی بھی حصے کا مطالعہ کرتا ہے ، وہ اس کی حکمت اور ہدایت کے سامنے عاجز ی محسوس کرتا ہے جو اس کی خشیتِ الٰہی اور تقوی میں اضافے کا باعث بنتا ہے۔ رمضان کے روزے صرف کھانے پینے سے پرہیز کرنے کا معمول نہیں بلکہ یہ تقویٰ بڑھانے کا ذریعہ ہیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے فرمایا : يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ "اے ایمان والو! تم پر روزے رکھنا لکھ دیا گیا ہے ، جس طرح تم لوگوں سے پہلے لوگوں پرلکھا گیا تھا،تا کہ تم تقویٰ اختیار کرو” (سورۃ البقرۃ: 183)۔ پس جو خالصتاً اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کے لیے روزہ رکھتا ہے وہ تقویٰ میں بڑھتاہے اور اللہ کے فرمانبردار بندے کی نمایاں حیثیت پاتا ہے، یہ ایسی نعمت ہے جو رمضان کی برکتوں کے دوران بہت زیادہ محسوس ہوتی ہے۔
عبادات کے اعمال کو ادا کرتے وقت ،ہم پر لازم ہے کہ ہم اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کے احکامات کے ذریعے روحانی قیمت کے حصول کو ہی ہدف بنائیں،اس کے علاوہ کچھ نہیں۔ ریا کاری اس وقت ہوتی ہے جب کوئی شخص عبادات کے ذریعہ لوگوں کی خوشنودی حاصل کرنا چاہتا ہے جبکہ ان اعمال کو خالص اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کے لیے ہونا چاہئے، یہ زبان یا ہاتھ پاؤں کے اعمال نہیں بلکہ دل کے اعمال ہیں ۔ لہذا ریاکاری کے معاملے میں یہ عمل اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کے قریب ہونے کی بجائے ، لوگوں کی خاطر کیا جاتا ہے۔ اگر اس عمل کا مقصد اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ اور لوگوں کے مابین مشترک ہو تو پھر اس نیت کے ساتھ یہ فعل سرانجام دیناحرام ہے، اور یہ اللہ کے غضب کو دعوت دینے کے مترادف ہے، اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے فرمایا :الَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَاءُون "جو ریاکاری کرتے ہیں” (سورہ الماعون: 6)۔ امام طبری نے اس آیت پر تبصرہ کیا ہے کہ: الذين هم يراءون الناس بصلاتهم إذا صلوا, لأنهم لا يصلون رغبة في ثواب, ولا رهبة من عقاب, وإنما يصلونها ليراهم المؤمنون فيظنونهم منهم "وہ لوگ جو چاہتے ہیں کہ لوگ انھیں نماز پڑھتا ہوا دیکھیں ، وہ ثواب کی خواہش اور عذاب کے خوف سے نماز نہیں پڑھتےبلکہ وہ اس لیے نماز پڑھتے ہیں تاکہ لوگ انہیں دیکھیں اور ان کے بارے میں سوچیں”۔ امام بخاری نے آنحضرت ﷺ کی یہ حدیث جندب سے روایت کی ہے: مَنْ سَمَّعَ سَمَّعَ اللَّهُ بِهِ وَمَنْ يُرَائِي يُرَائِي اللَّهُ بِه "اگر کوئی لوگوں کو سنانے کے لیے کام کرتا ہے تو اللہ اس کا برا عمل سب لوگوں کو سنوائے گا اور اگر کوئی لوگوں کو دکھانے کے لیے کام کرتا ہے تو اللہ اس کا برا عمل سب لوگوں کو دکھائے گا”۔
لہٰذا ہم ذہن نشین کرلیں کہ مساجد میں ہماری نماز صرف اللہ کے لیے ہے تاکہ ہمارے تقویٰ میں اضافہ ہو، کیونکہ رسول اللہﷺنے فرمایا ،يَكْشِفُ رَبُّنَا عَنْ سَاقِهِ فَيَسْجُدُ لَهُ كُلُّ مُؤْمِنٍ وَمُؤْمِنَةٍ، وَيَبْقَى مَنْ كَانَ يَسْجُدُ فِي الدُّنْيَا رِئَاءً وَسُمْعَةً، فَيَذْهَبُ لِيَسْجُدَ فَيَعُودُ ظَهْرُهُ طَبَقًا وَاحِدًا "ہمارا رب اپنی پنڈلی ظاہر کرے گا ، اور پھر وہ تمام مومن مرد اور عورتیں اس کے سامنے سجدہ کریں گے جو دنیا میں سجدہ کرتے تھے ، لیکن ایسے لوگ باقی رہ جائیں گے جو شہرت حاصل کرنے کے لیے (ریاکاری کرتے ہوئے) سجدہ کرتے تھے۔ ایسے لوگ (قیامت کے دن) سجدہ کرنے کی کوشش کریں گے لیکن ان کی پیٹھ کسی ہڈی کی طرح سخت ہوگی”(بخاری)۔ تو آئیں ہم اپنے شریک حیات یا بچوں کے بھی علم میں آئے بغیر تہجد ادا کریں تاکہ ریاکاری اور ہمارے درمیان بڑی دیوار کھڑی ہو جائے ۔ آئیے ہم دھیان رکھیں کہ علم کا حصول صرف اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کی خشیت بڑھانے کے لیےہو ، نہ کہ بحث و مباحثے میں اپنا لوہا منوانے کیلئے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا : مَنْ طَلَبَ الْعِلْمَ لِيُمَارِيَ بِهِ السُّفَهَاءَ أَوْ لِيُبَاهِيَ بِهِ الْعُلَمَاءَ أَوْ لِيَصْرِفَ وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّار"جو شخص احمقوں سے بحث کرنے یا علمائے کرام کو دکھانے یا لوگوں کی توجہ حاصل کرنے کے لیے علم حاصل کرتا ہے، وہ جہنم میں ہوگا”(ابنِ ماجہ)۔ آئیے ہم حج کی عبادت کے بارے میں محتاط رہیں کہ یہ صرف اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کا قرب حاصل کرنے کے لیے ہے نہ کہ ہم اس کی وجہ سے گھمنڈ اور فخر کریں، گویا یہ کوئی تقویٰ کا تمغہ ہو۔ اللہ کے رسول ﷺنے ایک چادر پہن کر ایک پرانی زین پر حج کیا ، جس کی قیمت چار درہم یا اس سے کم تھی۔ پھر آپ ﷺنے فرمایا : اللَّهُمَّ حِجَّةٌ لاَ رِيَاءَ فِيهَا وَلاَ سُمْعَة "اے اللہ ، ایک ایسا حج جس میں نہ کوئی ریاکاری ہے ،نہ ہی طلب ِشہرت ہے”(ابن ماجہ) ۔اسی طرح ہماری افواج کو بھی دنیاوی فوائد سے قطع نظر ، اللہ کی رضا کے حصول کے لیے لڑنا چاہیے۔ ایک شخص نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس آیا اور پوچھا ، "ایک آدمی مالِ غنیمت کے لیے لڑتا ہے، ایک شہرت کے لیے اور ایک دکھاوے کی خاطرلڑتا ہے ، ان میں سے کون اللہ کی راہ میں لڑا؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا ، مَنْ قَاتَلَ لِتَكُونَ كَلِمَةُ اللَّهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّه "جو اس لیے لڑتا ہے کہ اللہ کادین(یعنی اسلام) برتر ہو جائے ، وہی اللہ کی راہ میں لڑتا ہے”(بخاری)۔
جہاں تک رعایا کی بات ہے تو وہ حکمران کا محاسبہ کریں تاکہ وہ اللہ کا قرب حاصل کر سکیں، صرف اللہ سے ڈرتے ہوئے ، بغیر کسی انسان کے خوف یا ہچکچاہٹ کے، کیونکہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : أَفْضَلُ ُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةُ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِر "بہترین جہاد ظالم حکمران کے سامنے کلمہ حق کہنا ہے” (ابو داؤد)۔ واقعی یہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا خوف ہی ہے جو محاسبہ کرتے وقت طاقتور ،سفاک اور ظالم کے سامنے کھڑا ہونے کا حوصلہ دیتا ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے فرمایا : أَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْ ۚ فَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَوْهُ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِين "کیا تم ان لوگوں سے ڈرتے ہو؟ اللہ ہی زیاده مستحق ہے کہ تم اس کا ڈر رکھو بشرطیکہ تم ایمان والے ہو” (سورہ التوبہ: 13)۔اورجہاں تک حکمران کی بات ہے تو وہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کے نازل کردہ احکامات کے مطابق حکمرانی کر کے اللہ کا قرب حاصل کرسکتا ہے ۔ اسے اقتدار اور رتبے کے جال سے اپنے آپ کو بچانا ہو گا کہ کہیں وہ اسلام کو نظر انداز کر کے اللہ کے غضب کا شکار نہ ہوجائے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا: إِنَّ أَحَبَّ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَدْنَاهُمْ مِنْهُ مَجْلِسًا إِمَامٌ عَادِلٌ وَأَبْغَضَ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَبْعَدَهُمْ مِنْهُ مَجْلِسًا إِمَامٌ جَائِر "بے شک عادل حکمران قیامت کے دن اللہ کے نزدیک لوگوں میں سے سب سے زیادہ محبوب اور مقام میں قریب ترین ہو گا۔ اورظالم حکمران لوگوں میں سے اللہ کے نزدیک سب سے قابلِ نفرت اور مقام میں سب سے دُورہو گا”(ترمذی)۔ حکمران کو چاہیے کہ وہ لوگوں کو خوش کرنے کی خواہش میں حق کو ترک کرنے کی بجائے حق پر قائم رہ کر ، اس پر عمل پیرا ہوکر اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کا قرب حاصل کرے۔ عائشہ ؓنے کہا: مَنِ الْتَمَسَ رِضَاءَ اللَّهِ بِسَخَطِ النَّاسِ كَفَاهُ اللَّهُ مُؤْنَةَ النَّاسِ وَمَنِ الْتَمَسَ رِضَاءَ النَّاسِ بِسَخَطِ اللَّهِ وَكَلَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَى النَّاس "جو شخص اللہ کی خوشنودی حاصل کرنے کے لیے لوگوں کے غضب کی پرواہ نہیں کرے گا، اللہ اسے لوگوں سے بچا لے گا۔ اور جو کوئی لوگوں کی خوشنودی کی خاطر اللہ کو ناراض کرے گا، اللہ اسے لوگوں کے سپرد کردے گا”(ترمذی)۔
روحانی قیمت کی اس طرح دیکھ بھال کرنا ایک مسلمان کی شخصیت کو اعلیٰ درجے کی شخصیت بنا دیتا ہے ، جو اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کا قرب اختیار کرتی ہے اور اس کی فرمانبرداری کا لحاظ رکھتی ہے۔ اس طرح کا مسلمان گمراہی کی دعوت دینے والوں کے ذریعے مغلوب نہیں ہوتا ۔ روحانی قیمت کی اس طرح کی دیکھ بھال ، اسلامی معاشرے کو بلند درجے والا بنا دیتی ہے ، جہاں اللہ رب العزت کا ذکر ، حمد و ثنا اور اس کی خوشنودی حاصل کرنے کا ماحول موجود ہوتا ہے۔ یہ سیکولر معاشرے کے بالکل برعکس ہے جوروحانی خلا کے گھپ اندھیرے میں ڈوبا ہوتا ہے ۔
جہاں تک مالی لین دین کا تعلق ہے کہ جس سے کمائی کرکےہم مادی قیمتMaterial value حاصل کرتے ہیں تو یہ بھی اللہ کے احکامات کو نافذ کرکے ہی حاصل ہوتی ہے ، اور اس میں ہمارا مقصد اللہ کی رضا کا حصول ہوتا ہے۔ ہمارا دینِ اسلام ایک سیکولر مذہب نہیں جو صرف انفرادی عبادت کے متعلق رہنمائی کرے بلکہ یہ ایک مکمل ضابطہ حیات ہے جو ہمارے تمام معاملات کو منظم کرتا ہے۔ لہذا جب ملازم کی ضرورت ہو تو اسلام ہمیں اجرت مقرر کرنے کا حکم دیتا ہے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : إِذَا اسْتَأْجَرْتَ أَجِيرًا فَأَعْلِمْهُ أَجْرَه "جب تم مزدور کی خدمات حاصل کرو تو ا اس کی اجرت طے کرو”(نسائي)۔ در حقیقت ، اسلام کے احکامات کے مطابق ملازم کی خدمات حاصل کرنا اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کی رضا کے حصول کے لیے ہے۔ اس عمل کا تقاضا ہے کہ اس کا ہدف پورا کیا جائے جو مادی فائدہ کا حصول ہے۔ پس ملازم کو اس کا معاوضہ ادا کرنا ہوگا ، بصورت دیگر اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ اس کی طرف سے دعویٰ کریں گے۔ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : قَالَ اللَّهُ ثَلَاثَةٌ أَنَا خَصْمُهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ رَجُلٌ أَعْطَى بِي ثُمَّ غَدَرَ وَرَجُلٌ بَاعَ حُرًّا فَأَكَلَ ثَمَنَهُ وَرَجُلٌ اسْتَأْجَرَ أَجِيرًا فَاسْتَوْفَى مِنْهُ وَلَمْ يُعْطِ أَجْرَه “اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ فرماتا ہے، قیامت کے دن تین (قسم کے) لوگوں کے خلاف میں خودمدعی ہوں گا؛ ایک جو میرا نام لے کر عہد کرے اور پھر اسے توڑ دے۔ جو آزادشخص کو غلام کے طور پر بیچ دے اور اس کی قیمت کھا لے۔ اور جو کوئی مزدور کی خدمات حاصل کرے اور اس سے پورا کام لے ،مگر اس کو اس کی اجرت نہ دے”(بخاری)۔ زراعت کے شعبے میں ، اسلام بنجر زمین کو کاشت کرنے کے سبب حاصل ہونے والے مال کو ایک مادی قیمت گردانتا کرتا ہے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَه "اگر کوئی بنجر زمین کاشت کرے تو وہ اسی کی ہے”(ابو داؤد)۔ صنعت و تجارت میں ، اسلام نے کمپنیاں بنانے کی اجازت دی اور اسی عمل کے تحت ہی مسلمان منافع کی مادی قیمت کو حاصل کرتے ہیں۔ مضاربہ کمپنی کے بارے میں ، عبد الرزاق نے الجامع میں روایت کیا کہ امام علی ؓ نے فرمایا : الْوَضِيعَةِ عَلَى الْمَالِ ، وَالرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اصْطَلَحُوا عَلَيْهِ ” نقصان سرمایہ کاری کے حساب سے ہے اور منافع ان کے مقرر کردہ(شرح) کے مطابق ہے”۔ لہٰذا ، مسلمان کمپنی میں ایک شراکت دار بنتا ہے تاکہ وہ منافع کمائے اورطے شدہ شرح کے مطابق اپنا حصہ حاصل کرے اور یہ بھی مادی قیمت ہے۔
اس طرح جب ہم تجارت کرتےہیں تو ہم مادی قیمت حاصل کرنے کا لحاظ رکھتے ہیں اور ہم اس میں کوتاہی نہیں کرتے ۔ رزق اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کی طرف سے ہونے کے باعث ہم ہاتھ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر نہیں بیٹھ جاتے اور نہ ہی سُست روی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہیں۔ در حقیقت رزق تنہا اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کی طرف سے ہی ہے ، تاہم رزق کے لیے جدوجہد کرنا اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کا حکم ہے جسے نظرانداز نہیں کیا جانا چاہئے۔ آئیے ہم رزق کے حصول کے لیے کوشش کرنے کے حکم کو سمجھیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے فرمایا :﴿هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمْ الأَرْضَ ذَلُولاً فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِنْ رِزْقِه﴾ "وه ذات جس نے تمہارے لیے زمین کو پست ومطیع کردیاتاکہ تم اس کی راہوں میں چلتے پھرتے رہو اور اللہ کی روزیاں کھاؤ” (سورہ الملک: 15)۔ اور اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے فرمایا:﴿فَإِذَا قُضِيَتْ الصَّلاَةُ فَانتَشِرُوا فِي الأَرْضِ وَابْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِ اللَّه﴾ "پھر جب نماز ہو چکے تو زمین میں پھیل جاؤ اور اللہ کا فضل تلاش کرو”(سورہ الجمعہ: 10)۔
اللہ رب العزت کی رضا حاصل کرتے ہوئے جب ایک مسلمان مادی قیمت کے حصول کو ہدف بناتا ہے تو وہ ایک نتیجہ خیز شخصیت بن جاتا ہے۔ وہ شخص اپنے رب کی رضا کے حصول کو ملحوظِ خاطر رکھتے ہوئے اپنے گھر والوں کی ضروریات اور آسائشوں کی فراہمی کے لیے پوری کوشش کرتا ہے۔ یہ وہ شخصیت نہیں ہے جو سست اور کاہل ہو، بغیر کسی دھیان کے قرض لے اور بغیر غور و فکر کیے صدقہ مانگتا پھرے ۔ مادی قیمت کے لیے اس طرح کی دیکھ بھال اسلامی معاشرے کو دولت ، خوشحالی اور قابلیت والا معاشرہ بناتی ہے ، جہاں غریب، محنت کش اور مقروض افراد کی ضروریات کا خیال رکھا جاتاہے۔ یقیناً ، خلافت کے دور میں اسلامی سرزمین اپنی عظیم مادی ترقی کی وجہ سے رشک کا باعث تھی۔
جہاں تک انسانوں کی دیکھ بھال کی بات ہے، تو اسلام کے احکامات اس بات کو یقینی بناتے ہیں کہ ہم انسانی قیمت Humanitarian Valueکو اللہ کی رضا کے مطابق حاصل کریں ، جیسے انسانی جان بچانا، اور اسی طرح دوسرے انسانوں کی دیکھ بھال کرنا اور ان سے ہمدردی کرنا۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے رنگ ، نسل یا مذہب سے بالاتر ہوکر انسانی زندگی کو بچانے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے فرمایا : وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا "اور جس نے کسی ایک کی جان بچا ئی، اس نے گویا تمام انسانیت کو بچایا” (سورہ المائدہ: 32)۔ ابنِ کثیر نے اس آیت کے متعلق مجاہد کا یہ قول بیان کیا : أنجاها من غرق أو حرق أو هلكة "ڈوبنے ، جلنے یا تباہ ہونے سے بچاؤ”۔
جہاں تک شادی کے بندھن کی بات ہے تو اسلام نے ہمیں اپنے شریکِ حیات کے ساتھ حسن ِسلوک کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے فرمایا : وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ أَنۡ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنۡ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَزۡوَٰجٗا لِّتَسۡكُنُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيۡنَكُم مَّوَدَّةٗ وَرَحۡمَة " اور اس کی نشانیوں میں سے ہے کہ تمہاری ہی جنس سے بیویاں پیدا کیں تاکہ تم ان سے آرام پاؤ اوراس نے تمہارے درمیان محبت اور ہمدردی قائم کر دی” (سورہ الروم: 21)۔ اللہ کے رسول ﷺ نے فرمایا، خِيَارُكُمْ خِيَارُكُمْ لِنِسَائِهِم "تم میں سے بہترین وہ ہیں جو اپنی خواتین کے ساتھ بہترین ہیں”(ابن ماجہ)۔ لہذا ہم شادی اور شریک حیات کے ساتھ نیک سلوک ، محبت اور شفقت کے ساتھ رہتے ہیں۔اور جب ہم زیادہ بچوں کی خواہش کے حکم کو پورا کرتے ہیں تو انسانی قدرHumanitarian Value حاصل کرتے ہیں۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: تَزَوَّجُوا الْوَدُودَ الْوَلُودَ فَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَم "ان خواتین سے شادی کرو جو محبت کرنے والی اور بہت زرخیز ہیں ، کیونکہ میں تمھاری بدولت تمام امتوں میں تعداد کے لحاظ سے بڑھ جاؤں گا”(ابو داؤد)۔ ہم اپنے بہن بھائیوں اور اولادسے برتاؤ میں خیال رکھتے ہیں ، خواہ وہ مرد ہوں یا عورت۔ رسول اللہﷺنے فرمایا: مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ ثَلاَثُ بَنَاتٍ أَوْ ثَلاَثُ أَخَوَاتٍ أَوِ ابْنَتَانِ أَوْ أُخْتَانِ فَأَحْسَنَ صُحْبَتَهُنَّ وَاتَّقَى اللَّهَ فِيهِنَّ فَلَهُ الْجَنَّة "جس کی تین بیٹیاں ، یا تین بہنیں ، یا دو بیٹیاں ، یا دو بہنیں ہوں اور وہ ان کے ساتھ اچھا برتاؤ رکھے اور ان کی متعلق اللہ کا خوف کھائے تو اس کے لیے جنت ہے”(ترمذی)۔ اسلام نے اولاد کو کسی بھی عمر اور بیماری میں والدین کی دیکھ بھال کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ ابوہریرہؓ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول ﷺ ! لوگوں میں سے کون اس کا سب سے زیادہ مستحق ہے کہ میں اس سے اچھا سلوک کروں؟ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : أُمُّكَ ثُمَّ أُمُّكَ ثُمَّ أُمُّكَ ثُمَّ أَبُوكَ ثُمَّ أَدْنَاكَ أَدْنَاك "تمہاری والدہ ، ایک بار پھر تمہاری والدہ ، پھرتمہاری والدہ ، پھر تمہارے والد ، پھر تمہارے قریبی رشتے دار،قربت کے حکم کے مطابق”(مسلم)۔ ہمیں رشتےناطے برقرار رکھنے ،رشتے داروں کا حال چال پوچھنے اور ان کی ضرورتوں کی دیکھ بھال کرنے کا دھیان رکھنا چاہئے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : خَلَقَ اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنْهُ قَامَتِ الرَّحِمُ فَأَخَذَتْ بِحَقْوِ الرَّحْمَنِ فَقَالَ لَهَا مَهْ. قَالَتْ هَذَا مَقَامُ الْعَائِذِ بِكَ مِنَ الْقَطِيعَةِ. قَالَ أَلاَ تَرْضَيْنَ أَنْ أَصِلَ مَنْ وَصَلَكِ وَأَقْطَعَ مَنْ قَطَعَكِ. قَالَتْ بَلَى يَا رَبِّ. قَالَ فَذَاكِ لَك "اللہ نے اپنی مخلوق کو پیدا کیا ، اور جب یہ کام ختم ہوا تو رحم نے اٹھ کر اللہ کو پکڑ لیا ، تواللہ نے کہا ، کیا بات ہے؟” اس پر اس نے کہا ، ‘میں ان لوگوں سے آپ کی پناہ طلب کرتا ہوں جو رشتے داروں سے تعلق توڑ دیتے ہیں۔اس پر اللہ نے فرمایا: کیاتم راضی ہو گے، اگر میں رشتے جوڑنے والے پر کرم کروں اور جو رشتے توڑے اس پر سختی کروں؟ اس پر رحم نے کہا ، ہاں ، اے میرے رب! تو اللہ نے فرمایا :تمہارے لیے پھر ایسا ہی ہے” (بخاری) ۔رسول اللہﷺنے فرمایا : لَيْسَ الْوَاصِلُ بِالْمُكَافِئِ وَلَكِنْ الْوَاصِلُ الَّذِي إِذَا قُطِعَتْ رَحِمُهُ وَصَلَهَا ” رشتے ناطے جوڑنے والا وہ نہیں جو ادلے کا بدلہ کرتا ہے ، بلکہ وہ شخص ہے جو رشتہ داری کو برقرار رکھتا ہے چاہے دوسرا شخص رشتہ توڑ ڈالے”(بخاری)۔
اہل خانہ اور رشتہ داروں سے متعلق اسلامی قوانین کی پابندی کر نے کی بدولت ہم ایسی شخصیت نہیں بنتے جو صرف تجارت ، منافع اور کمائی میں گم ہو۔ ہم انفرادیت سے مغلوب نہیں ہوتےاور ہمارا خاندانی اور اجتماعی رحجان مضبوط ہوتا ہے۔ ہمیں تمام معاملات میں اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کی اطاعت کے ذریعے انسانیت ، اپنے محلے اور اپنے کنبہ کے حقوق کو اچھی طرح نبھانا چاہیے تاکہ ان سے متعلق شرعی احکامات پر عمل کرکے ہمیں انسانی قیمت حاصل ہو سکے۔ مسلمان اپنے سے پہلے اپنے آس پاس کے لوگوں کی پرواہ کرتے ہیں ، دوسروں سے اپنا حق لینے سے پہلے دوسروں کا حق ادا کرتے ہیں۔ اسلام کے احکامات کے ذریعے انسانی قیمت حاصل کرنے والے معاشرے میں شوہر اور بیوی کے مابین تعلق، باہمی حقوق کے لیے مقابلہ کرنے والے دو افراد کا نہیں بلکہ ایک مشترکہ شراکت کاہوتاہے جہاں وہ ایک دوسرے کے لیے راحت اور محبت کا ذریعہ ہوتے ہیں۔ بچوں کی پرورش کو انفرادی خواہشات پر دخل اندازی نہیں سمجھا جاتا بلکہ بچے کی اچھی نشونما اور دیکھ بھال کا ایک موقع سمجھا جاتاہے۔ بزرگ والدین کو بوجھ نہیں سمجھا جاتا بلکہ ان کی خدمت کے ذریعے اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کے بیشمار انعامات کا حقدار بنا جاتاہے۔ لہٰذا اسلامی معاشرہ میں خاندانی اکائی ایک قلعہ کی مانند ہے ،برخلاف سیکولر معاشرے کے، جہاں انسان کے رشتے اور دیکھ بھال کے تعلقات خطرناک حد تک نظرانداز ہوتے ہیں۔
جہاں تک اخلاق کے حصول کی بات ہے تومسلمان اخلاقیات سے متعلق شرعی احکامات کی پابندی اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کی خوشنودی کے حصول کے لیے کرتے ہیں۔ اسلام ہمیں اخلاقی قدرMoral Value کے حصول کا حکم دیتا ہے مثلاً ایماندار ہونا اور بااعتماد ہونا۔ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا : إِنَّ مِنْ خِيَارِكُمْ أَحْسَنَكُمْ أَخْلاَقًا "تم میں سب سے اچھے شخص وہ ہیں جن کے اخلاق سب سے اچھے ہیں”(بخاری)۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا ،: أَكْثَرُ مَا يُدْخِلُ اَلْجَنَّةَ تَقْوى اَللَّهِ وَحُسْنُ اَلْخُلُق "جو چیز سب سے زیادہ جنت میں داخل کرے گی وہ اللہ کا خوف اور اچھے اخلاق والا ہونا ہے”(ترمذی)۔ پس ہم سچ بولتے ہیں کیونکہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے ہمیں سچ بولنےکا حکم دیا ہے اور ہم امانت میں خیانت نہیں کرتے کیونکہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے امانتوں کو قائم رکھنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ ہم کسی مادی فائدے کی وجہ سے اچھے اخلاق نہیں اپناتے کہ لوگ کاروبارکے لیے ہمیں ترجیح دیں یا وہ ہمیں عہدوں پر منتخب کریں۔ یہی فرق ہے کہ ایک شخص اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کو خوش کرنے کے لیے ایمانداری کو اپناتا ہے اور دوسری جانب ایک شخص اپنے مفادات کی خاطر ایسا کرتا ہے۔ پہلاشخص حقیقی دیانتدار ہے کیونکہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے ہمیں دیانتدار ہونے کا حکم دیا ہے جبکہ دوسرے شخص کی دیانتداری دراصل اپنےمفادات کی خاطرداری ہے جومفاد پرستی کے مغربی فلسفے پر مبنی ہے۔ دیانتداری کوئی پالیسی نہیں ہے بلکہ یہ خالقِ کائنات کا حکم ہے جو ہمیں لازماًپورا کرنا چاہئے۔ ہمیں تب بھی ایمانداری کا مظاہرہ کرناچاہیے جب اس کے نتیجے میں مادی فائدے کی بجائے نقصان ہو۔ ہم اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے احکامات کی تعمیل کرتے ہوئے اخلاق اپناتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ ہم اخلاقی قدر کو حاصل کر لیں جوسچا و ایماندارہوناہے۔رسول ﷺ نے فرمایا : عَلَيْكُمْ بِالصِّدْقِ فَإِنَّ الصِّدْقَ يَهْدِي إِلَى الْبِرِّ وَإِنَّ الْبِرَّ يَهْدِي إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَمَا يَزَالُ الرَّجُلُ يَصْدُقُ وَيَتَحَرَّى الصِّدْقَ حَتَّى يُكْتَبَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ صِدِّيقًا وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْكَذِبَ فَإِنَّ الْكَذِبَ يَهْدِي إِلَى الْفُجُورِ وَإِنَّ الْفُجُورَ يَهْدِي إِلَى النَّارِ وَمَا يَزَالُ الْعَبْدُ يَكْذِبُ وَيَتَحَرَّى الْكَذِبَ حَتَّى يُكْتَبَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ كَذَّابًا "سچائی اختیار کروکیونکہ سچائی نیکی کی طرف رہنمائی کرتی ہےاور نیکی یقیناًجنت کی طرف لے جاتی ہے۔ ایک شخص سچ بولتا رہتا ہے اور سچ کی تلاش میں رہتا ہےحتیٰ کہ وہ اللہ کے پاس سچا لکھ دیا جاتا ہے ۔جھوٹ سے پرہیز کرو۔ کیونکہ بے شک جھوٹ فسق و فجور کی طرف لےجاتا ہے اورفسو ق فجور آگ کی طرف لے جاتا ہے۔ ایک شخص جھوٹ بولتا رہتا ہے اورجھوٹ میں بڑھتا رہتا ہے یہاں تک کہ اللہ کے پاس جھوٹا لکھ دیا جاتا ہے”(ترمذی)۔ لہذا ایک کاروبار کرنے والا اپنے کاروبار میں ایماندار ہو تا ہے چاہے اس سے مادی نقصان ہو، جیسے وہ سامان بیچتے وقت مال میں موجود کسی خرابی کے بارے میں بتاتا ہے یا ایسے شخص کوچیز کی مارکیٹ ویلیو سے آگاہ کرتا ہے جواس سے واقف نہ ہو۔
اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کی فرمانبرداری کےنتیجے میں حاصل ہونے والی اخلاقی اقدار کا حصول یہ یقینی بناتا ہے کہ مسلمان اعلیٰ درجے کی شخصیت میں ڈھل جائیں جو وحی پر مبنی اخلاقیات سے آراستہ ہو۔ مسلمان ایمان دار ہوتا ہے دھوکے باز نہیں، مسلمان فراخ دل ہوتا ہےکنجوس نہیں، وہ نرم دل ہوتا ہے سخت خُونہیں ،وہ خوش مزاج ہوتا ہےبد مزاج نہیں، وہ شکر گزارہوتا ہے ہر وقت شکایت کرنے والا نہیں۔ وہ مومنوں کے بارے میں اچھا گمان رکھتا ہےاور شکی نہیں ہوتا ۔ اس کی اخلاقیات کی پیروی اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کی رضا کے لیے ہوتی ہے ، محض اخلاقیات کی خاطر نہیں ، لہذا اس کی جستجو مستقل و مسلسل ہوتی ہے۔ اس کی کوشش اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے اجر کے لیے ہوتی نہ کہ لوگوں کی طرف سے مادی فائدہ یا تعریف کے لیے، لہذا اس کی جستجو میں منافقت یا دوغلے معیارات نہیں ہوتے۔ اس طرح یہ سب ایک ایسے معاشرے کا حصہ بن جاتے ہیں جو فراخ دلی ، ایمانداری ، سکون اور اعتماد سے بھرا ہوا ہوتا ہے،ایک ایسا معاشرہ جس میں رہنا خوشی کا باعث ہے۔
بےشک دین ِاسلام بہترین شخصیات اور متوازن معاشرہ تیار کرتا ہے۔ تیرہ سو سالہ سنہرا اسلامی دور اس بات کا گواہ ہے کہ اسلام نے بھرپور انداز سے انسانوں کا نظام سنبھالا۔ اسلام نے نمایاں شخصیات کی صفوں کی صفیں تیار کیں، ایک ایسا معاشرہ جس میں ہمدردی ، سکون ، روحانیت، صنعتی ترقی اور خوشحالی میسر آئی۔ آج جب مسلم امت زوال سے واپسی کے سفر کی طرف اٹھ کھڑی ہوئی ہے اورخلافت کی واپسی کی منتظر ہے ، آئیے ہم اپنے ہر عمل کو غور سے پرکھیں ، اس میں کمال کو یقینی بنائیں ، اس کے مطلوبہ ہدف کو پورا کریں تاکہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کی رضا حاصل کر سکیں۔ بے شک وہ دن زیادہ دور نہیں جب ہر عمل اس کے کرنے والے کو دکھا دیا جائے گا، چاہے کتنا ہی چھوٹا کیوں نہ ہو ، جب ترازو میں اچھے اعمال کا وزن بڑی راحت بخشے گا۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے فرمایا :
فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَه "پس جس نے ذره برابر نیکی کی ہوگی وه اسے دیکھ لے گا”(سورہ الزلزال: 7) ۔
اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے فرمایا :
