25 مارچ 2021 کو منعقد ہونے والی بری، فضائی اور بحری افواج کی سالانہ پریڈ میں پاکستان کی افواج کے جوش و ولولے نے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو یہ احساس دلایا کہ ان کی افواج آج بھی پڑوس میں موجود ہندؤ افواج کا مقابلہ کرنے کی ہر دم صلاحیت رکھتی ہیں۔ جدید ترین طیاروں، ایٹمی بیلسٹک اور کروز میزائیلوں، ڈرونز، ٹینک، آرٹلری اور آرمڈ کور اور ان سب سے بڑھ کر تربیت یافتہ، جذبہ ایمانی سے لبریز افواج رکھنے کے باوجود پاکستان کے حکمران ان افواج کو کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے حرکت میں لانے سے انکاری ہیں ۔ کشمیر میں بھارت کی ہٹ دھرمی کو ڈیڑھ سال سے زائد کا عرصہ گزر چکا ہے جب بھارت نے آئینی ترامیم کے ذریعے کشمیر کی متنازعہ حیثیت کو یک طرفہ طور پر ختم کر کے اسے بھارتی ریاست کا مستقل حصہ بنا لیا۔اس صورتِحال کا تقاضا تو یہ تھا کہ23 مارچ کو پاک فوج کے دستے سرینگر کا رخ کرتے اور کشمیر کی وادی جہاد کی تکبیرات سے گونج اٹھتی ، لیکن ہماری سیاسی اور فوجی قیادت نے اسلام اور مسلمانوں سے غداری کا ثبوت دیتے ہوئے امریکی استعمار کے حکم پر کشمیر پر سودے بازی کرتے ہوئے بھارت کو امن کی پیشکش کر دی۔ ان کا یہ عمل نہ صرف کشمیر پر بھارت کے قبضے کو جواز فراہم کرتا ہے بلکہ آنے والے وقت میں مقبوضہ کشمیر کو ہندوؤں کے قبضے سے آزاد کروانے کیلئے کسی قسم کی پیش قدمی کی راہ میں رکاوٹ بھی کھڑی کر دیتا ہے۔یقیناً کشمیر کے مسئلے کو دفن کرنے کا یہ منصوبہ اب بے نقاب ہو چکا ہے جسے پاکستان کے مسلمان مسترد کرتے ہیں اور اپنی بہادر افواج سے یہ امید لگائے ہوئے ہیں کہ وہ ان غدار حکمرانوں اور ان کے استعماری آقاؤں کے فیصلوں کو روندتے ہوئے اپنے زورِ بازو کے بل بوتے پر صرف اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی پر توکل کرتے ہوئے کشمیر کے مسلمانوں پر ہونے والے ظلم و ستم کا جواب فوجی قوت کے زور پر اسے آزاد کروانے کی صورت میں دیں گے۔
اے افواجِ پاکستان!
23 مارچ کا دن اس یاد کا دن ہے کہ مسلمانوں نے انگریز کے خلاف جدوجہد میں ان گنت قربانیاں اس لیے دیں تھیں تاکہ مسلمان اسلام کے نظام کے مطابق زندگی گزار سکیں ، تاکہ "پاکستان کا مطلب کیا، لا إله إلا الله” کے نعرے کو حقیقت میں بدلا جا سکے ، تاکہ جہاد فی سبیل اللہ کو جاری کیا جا سکے اور اسلام کی سرزمین پر اسلام کو نافذ کیا جا سکے۔ ہم کیسے ہندؤ ریاست سے امن اور دوستی کی بات کر سکتے ہیں جبکہ ہمارے آباؤاجداد نے مشرک ہندؤوں کی اتھارٹی تلے رہنے سے انکار کر دیا تھا۔ کیا توحید کی علمبردار بت شکن امت، اس خطے میں مشرک ہندؤوں کی اجارہ داری قبول کر سکتی ہے؟ ہر گز نہیں! آپ کی رگوں میں دوڑنے والا خون اس سپہ سالار محمد بن قاسم کا ہے جس نے آج سے تیرہ سو سال قبل اسی برِ صغیر پاک و ہند پر اسلام کا نظام نافذ کیا تھا، تو آپ میں سے کون وہ خوش قسمت ہے جو آج دوبارہ اس برِ صغیر پاک و ہند پر اسلام کے نظام کو نافذ کرنے کا باعث بن کر اس خون کے حق کو ادا کرنے میں پہل کرے گا؟ آپ میں سے کون ہے جو خلافت کے قیام کے لیے نصرۃ فراہم کرے گا تاکہ آپ کی قوت اور طاقت کو اسلام کے نفاذ اور مسلم علاقوں کی آزادی کے لیے استعمال کیا جائے؟ آگے بڑھیں اور اپنی دنیا اور آخرت کی کامیابی کے لیے حرکت میں آئیں۔
﴿وَٱلسَّـٰبِقُونَ ٱلسَّـٰبِقُونَ۔ أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ﴾
